Parking here is a joke! First, I paid $100 extra dollars for park and cruise package. We had to argue with the parking people for over an hour, escalate all the way up the manager only to continue to argue that what we paid for was a scam. We booked through the same park and stay website that I've used to stay at all over the country! Then, don't even think about trying to leave the parking lot to go eat or explore, its a $10 fee to leave the

Pretty good hotel. Very close to airport, free shuttle every 15 minutes.
Exterior is old looking but lobby and restaurant are very modern. Hallways are clean, rooms are clean.
Shower is a tub style in the 1 king suite but clean, water pressure is decent, and water can be as hot as you want.
Room itself is decent size, perfect for a couple + kid(s) on sofa bed.
One thing to note is there are 3-4 hotels in big lot, so it can get busy-ish. There is a security gate to enter and leave if safety is concern.

The free shuttle was really convenient.
Then things went downhill.
I got in late at night & the key for the first room I was given didn’t work. Went back to front desk, wrong room number was written… ok mistakes happen… then the bathroom smelled of smoke… returned to front desk. Guy changed my room to the one next to it. Okay cool.
Get in the room and I have some frozen stuff I need to put in the fridge…. Guess what, it doesn’t work.
At this point I just need to sleep…

Ótima opção para ficar próximo ao aeroporto. Facílimo acesso, sobretudo para que vai devolver um carro no Rental Center saindo direto do hotel. Bom atendimento, quarto amplo, limpo, com camas confortáveis. Fomos prontamente atendidos quando necessário. Não tomamos o café da manhã.

An OK Marriott property. A bit dated. Difficult to navigate at night. Pool closes at 8pm. But airport bus runs frequently.I asked specifically for a quieter room. They gave me an incessantly talking neighbor, who yelled the whole night.

I tend to like Courtyard's and this one was fine. Only complaint was my front desk clerk was so distracted by his phone that he forgot some important check-in info. He also took a picture of the computer screen when checking me in. I don't know what that is all about but it is a security concern for me.

IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU STAY MULTIPLE DAYS! They don’t clean the rooms during your stay. They said they’ll do it on the 4th day. They don’t mention this at any point before booking or checking in. We found out on day 2. Otherwise, it’s a nice looking establishment

Never really dissatisfied when staying with Marriott. Place was clean, staff as always helpful. If you have an issue they always take care of it. The shuttle from the airport was helpful. My only issue is the paid parking. It seems like many of the Marriotts around the country are now charging $20 plus for surface parking…not even garage parking. I feel if you are a Marriott rewards member parking should be waived. Otherwise…I would stay here again.

The Courtyard by Marriott was a great stay. We were there for 5-7 days. Great location to MIA Airport, very clean rooms, lobby, and pool areas. Great and friendly Staff and Services. Great and timely shuttle service to and from airport. On the day we checked out, our flight departed later that evening. The hotel kept our luggage until we returned to take the their shuttle back to the MIA Airport. I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks!

Very nice hotel! One of the closest to the airport. It takes you 5 minutes to get to the airport. La ubicación cerca del aeropuerto es una ventaja así como su servicio de shuttle.👌 El menú del restaurante Champions no es muy variado sobre todo en el buffet de desayuno😒, aunque tienen excelente atención y servicio de Néstor, Isabel y Shanon 👍.Los productos de la tienda o deli son bastantelimitados. 😕

On site dining was nice as we arrived in the evening and were able to get a bite without leaving. And airport transportation was a plus. I did notice that the front desk was busy and not able to help people purchase items at the snack area, and some people didn't have patience and got upset.
