Breakfast and service were ridiculous They were even too lazy to get some milk from the gas station across the street. Rooms were smalling first but got fixed. I like Hampton but this hotel west of Nashville doesn't even get close to Hampton standards!

I stayed overnight from 15-16 January 2023 The hotel was really basic but fit my needs: complementary breakfast and free parking. Those are the 2 primary amenities I look for when searching for hotels. I arrived early and was able to check in since my room was ready. The front desk staff was pleasant and gave me a brief synopsis of the hotel. (In the morning, when we were getting breakfast, one of the guests had a child with an emergency, and the front desk staff called 911 and helped the guests until the paramedics arrived. She remained calm while communicating with the paramedics, all while trying to comfort the child). The room was okay. The sheets were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The gym was super small, but it got the job done. There I one treadmill, one Peloton bike, and one elliptical. There are 5 different medball weights and a pair of 2 pounds weight; that was the extent of the weights. There is also a water dispenser with the cone paper cups (I have not seen those cups in forever!! Breakfast could have been better, but it was sufficient. The oats were watery, and the sausage looked overcooked and possibly reheated. The eggs looked good, but I was able to make waffles, and that was good enough for me. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

Everything was fine EXCEPT that we are a family of 5 and selected a room type listed on the website as Sleeps 5. The are no rooms that sleep 5, as there are no rollaways and no couches in rooms with two beds. The front desk said the amenities list what's in each room--to say I should have known. I showed where it says right online "Sleeps 5." Rather than try to find another hotel after driving 7 hours, I shared a queen bed with my spouse and one of our kids. It didn't result in a restful stay.

Probably the best customer service I have received at any Hilton hotel that I have stayed at over the years. They really go the extra mile for you here. DJ checked us in and he was fantastic! The 2 gentlemen that checked us out were super friendly as well. The only issue we had was the bath tub faucet was leaking. No biggie though. Other than that, everything was great. Keep up the good work guys! We appreciated it. See you next time.

Terrible customer service, the air quality in the room was so bad I could only stay for a couple of hours before I gave up from the discomfort and went to another hotel that was the opposite and absolutely wonderful. The room did not seem to be cleaned well and the hotel is strongly showing it's age. There were hairs all over the sheets and some dead bugs on top of the window ac unit. The room felt abnormally humid even compared to outside, it smelled damp/moldy. It does not seem like the old ac unit is even working. The ceiling had big (what I assume to be) water stains. The bed was very uncomfortable to top it all off. I could go on. I've never had to complain about a hotel in my entire life, I hate complaining but this was ridiculous. I've stayed in nice cheap hotels and I've stayed in nice expensive hotels. I'm shocked a $180 a night Hampton Inn takes the cake for the worst hotel I've ever had the misfortune to visit. If you have any issues with your stay good luck getting help especially if the "night auditor" forgets you talked to them at 1:30am when you were upset you have to drive elsewhere in order to breathe comfortably so you can sleep when you're extremely tired already. Ugh!

We had just finished riding the Natchez Trace and needed a place to stay. Good location but a little pricey. It was a holiday weekend and we didn't have reservations. The desk clerk worked and got us a room.

Beds are uncomfortable, light shining in through the half shade lit up the room. We wasn’t able to get much sleep. There was no way to block out thelight from the parking lot. Bathroom was not clean.Prices were raised due to memorial weekend. For $230 for a night I expected a lot more from a Hampton inn. This was my first stay at a Hampton inn, and any Hilton property and will definitely be my last. I’m a frequent traveler to Nashville and will not stay here again

Nice, clean, safe place to stop off for the night. Plenty of places to eat and close to the highway (but by the lack of noise you would never know). The room was very clean and the furnishings were comfortable and modern. The bathroom was very clean as well. Nice place to stop, it was a bit pricey at $149+ taxes for the night but if clean is highly valued, you'll be happy to pay that.

I gave this hotel a 3 because overall the room was dirty.You could that the has only been light cleaning done. But the corners, vents were filthy.Plus the tub did not drain properly.Beds were comfortable however the blanket was very rough.

Been here one night so far and they have been very helpful and kind thus far. Very kind and would recommend to all. Would definitely come here again if I visit in the future.

A good experience during the COVID and the front desk clerk (John) put together a take away breakfast for me, which I really appreciated. Very clean and very convenient.
