Lovely place! Excellent stuff, gorgeous beach, enough sunbeds for all guests. Amazing food: crab claims, lobsters, tasty meat. Great cocktails. Absolutely perfect pool! But: no evening party at all! This place is too boring for guests before 50yr.. Only 1 bar is working until 2 am. And evening shows were... ugh.

Booked through Costco and was a little apprehensive because never booked though them before, couldn't have been better.Using them provided us with 'club' level so we had access to private bar, pool and concierge, Eli.Eli was there for anything we needed, checking in frequently to make sure all was good.We never heard 'no' all week, the staff we all very friendly and helpful to ensure our vacation was flawless.The facility is new and beautiful, clean with very nice rooms.Multiple restaurants with a variety of options, buffet is one that no matter your taste or diet you can find something tasty.Pools and spas were large and clean, bars provided anything you wanted.Hyatts are typically great but this one is a level above!

This place is top notch, the second you arrive you are greeted with a smile. My wife and I came for a getaway trip and I can say the staff is spectacular. Everyone always smiles and goes out of there way to ensure you are taken care of. The restaurants are amazing, and having access to the Ziva side is a great deal The staff always went out of there way to make sure we had a great meal. You also will not find a more friendly and accommodating staff than this crew. I keep comparing this place to all the resorts we have stayed at and none even come close. We will definitely tell everyone to stay here. We look forward to our next trip!

A equipe sempre saiu de lá para garantir que tivéssemos uma excelente refeição. Um reconhecimento especial vai para o chef e sua equipe no restaurante indiano Journeys. A refeição que ele nos fez é facilmente top 3 quando se trata de restaurantes indianos. Eu continuo comparando este lugar com todos os resorts em que ficamos desde então. Belo resort, equipe calorosa, quartos modernos, a maior parte da nossa estadia foi maravilhosa. Os únicos problemas que tivemos foram o nosso quarto enquanto reservado como um quarto do nível do clube que não estávamos no edifício do clube para chegar à piscina do clube, restaurante, etc., tivemos que atravessar a propriedade. Além disso, a equipe não verifica quem está no nível do clube para limitar os hóspedes na piscina, nem quem alugou uma cabana ao lado da piscina, então tivemos que lidar com alguém para sair por conta própria. Sinto como se tivéssemos pagado ou comodidades que não gostaríamos de aproveitar. Nosso objetivo para as férias era o relaxamento total e isso nem sempre era possível na piscina do clube quando ela estava lotada. A comida é boa. Como um foodie confesso, eu já tive melhor. Eu acho que para um plano tudo incluído foi provavelmente muito bom, pois não tínhamos nada que era ruim, apenas não tenho certeza por que há tantos elogios para a comida. Tivemos um grande momento no entanto, é uma bela propriedade e localização. Bastante equipe maravilhosa. Nosso quarto aquático provou ser o santuário que estávamos procurando para fugir de tudo.

Exceptional food and drinks, while the staff was also very accommodating and we received great service all week at the restaurants and pool/beach. Each restaurant not only had good food but the ambiance and setting of each was also great as each has a unique design/theme. The resort is also in a very private part of Punta Cana and we did not see anyone selling items on the beach which was a big plus for us. The room was very well appointed and the facilities overall were far nicer than a standard all-inclusive. Overall, we would highly recommend this resort to anyone staying in the Punta Cana area.

Holy bananas this place is amazing. Don’t even read the rest of this and book this place. We came for a family trip and I can say the staff is spectacular. Everyone always smiles and goes out of there way to ensure you are taken care of. Being vegetarians, food is sometimes a challenge, but not at this place. The restaurants are amazing. The staff always went out of there way to make sure we had a great meal. Special recognition goes to chef and his team at Journeys Indian restaurant. The meal he made us is easily top 3 when it comes to Indian restaurants. I keep comparing this place to all the resorts we have stayed at since. We will definitely tell everyone to stay here.

Beautiful resort, warm staff, modern rooms, most of our stay was wonderful. The only issues we had were our room while booked as a club level room we weren't in the club building so to get to the club pool, restaurant, etc. we had to walk across the property. Also, the staff does not check who is club level to limit the guests in the pool nor do they check who has rented a cabana pool side so we had to handle getting someone to leave on our own. I feel like we paid or amenities we didn't actually to get to enjoy. Our goal for the vacation was total relaxation and that wasn't always able to be accomplished by the club pool when it was packed. The food is good. As a self confessed foodie, I have had better. I do think for an all inclusive it was probably very good as we didn't have anything at all that was bad, just not sure why there is so much praise for the food. We did have a great time however, it's a beautiful property and location. Quite a few wonderful staff. Our swim up room proved to be the sanctuary we were looking for to get away from it all.

Wow la mejor experiencia de viaje de mis últimos años, un lugar paradisíaco, con una calidez humana que te hacen sentir en casa. Todo limpio, cómodo y realmente hermoso. Cómo delicioso, me divertí muchísimo. Las instalaciones excepcionales, los restaurantes de alto nivel culinario, las medidas sanitarias excelentes. Lo mega recomiendo y voy a volver.

This place is amazing. The service really impressed me. For example, I asked for a carbonated water at the lobby snack bar. They said they'll call someone from a different part of the hotel to bring me one. At the same moment, our ride for an excursion arrived. So I said we have to go, don't worry about it. As our ride was getting ready to drive off, an employee with my drink ran up to me, handed me my drink and said have a nice day with a smile. The food was great, the drinks were well made, and the location is beautiful. I definitely recommend going here.

Could not be happier with my experience here. The beach was beautiful. The rooms were impeccable. The food was actually genuinely good and lots of options to chose from. We went to Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana during the Presidents Day weekend. Our family is predominantly vegetarian. The resort has vegetarian options, but those are limited. So, during dinner on day 1 of our trip, I asked the manager if there was any option for more vegetarian option. He introduced us to Mukesh Chand – the resident Chef at the adjacent Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana.Mukesh was just fabulous. He made some of the best food in less than 20 mins.The dishes were some of the best Indian vegetarian food I have every eaten. We stayed there for 4 nights and we went to eat at Journeys (the Indian restaurant at Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana) every night. He prepared the most sumptuous finger licking Indian food. Being an Indian, I have grown up eating Indian food for most of my life, but I must say that the food we ate at Journeys was just ethereal.I would highly recommend the Hyatt for anyone planning a trip to Punta Cana. They have tons of food options from Italian to Mongolian. Very nice and spacious rooms, fantastic service, great water park for kids and adults, amazing excursions options and super large pools to soak up in the bright sun!

This was my first time to Dominican Republic, my stay at the Hyatt Zilara was excellent, we stayed in the club section and had a great center view. My butler Rafael was excellent, he went above and beyond for us. All service was good and restaurants as well, Riquermy at the restaurant remembered us and what we wanted and how we wanted food which was excellent and at rum bar Alan and Marcia made excellent drinks and gave us top notch services. My stay was excellent when I come back I'm definitely asking for Rafael again!

Depois de visitar mais de trinta hotéis nos últimos anos, devo dizer que minha melhor experiência foi neste mesmo hotel. Ao entrar no hotel o staff convida-o com uma bebida de boas-vindas e é assim todos os dias. O pessoal está sempre por perto, perguntando como podem tornar a sua estadia mais confortável, na praia, lobby, restaurante, ginásio, spa, piscinas, etc. A comida é fantástica e existe uma grande variedade de refeições e restaurantes. A academia é uma das melhores que já fiz na minha vida e sou um grande fã dela. Tudo é novo no hotel, nos quartos, nas piscinas, em todo o edifício. Minha maior impressão é o SPA Larimar. Ele tem um belo design "parecido com uma caverna" com piscinas de hidroterapia e amenidades dentro dela. Eles têm uma piscina de temperatura normal assim como uma pequena piscina muito fria, depois vem um jacuzzi aquecido seguido de um banho de chuva e gelo para seu rosto fechar seus poros. A equipe está, é claro, sempre pronta para guiá-lo pelas etapas. Todos são muito prestativos no spa, desde o massagista até o gerente. Certifique-se de não pular suas massagens incríveis em camas de aquecimento modernas. Com certeza vou visitar este lugar novamente. Já estou planejando minha próxima visita.

After visiting over thirty hotels in the past few years, I have to say that my best experience was in this very hotel. When entering the hotel the staff invites you with a welcome drink and it's like that every following day. The staff is always around you, asking how they could make your stay more comfortable, at the beach, lobby, restaurant, gym, spa, pools, etc. The food is amazing and there is a huge variety of meals and restaurants. The gym is one of the best I've been to in my life, and I'm a big gym fan. Everything is new in the hotel, the rooms, swimming pools the whole building. My greatest impression is the SPA Larimar. It has a beautiful "cave-like" design with hydrotherapy pools and amenities within it. They have a normal temperature swimming pool as well as a very cold small pool, after what comes to a warm jacuzzi followed by a rain shower and ice for your face to close your pores. The staff is, of course, always there to lead you through the steps. Everyone is very helpful in the spa, from the massage therapist to the manager. Be sure not to skip their amazing massages on modern heating beds. I will definitely visit this place again. I'm already planning my next visit.

Room is nice , serviceI may even say AMAZING they are on beach, servers for drinks, someone to move chair and umberellas and clean chairs when you leave or put towels on your chair.Security also everywhere and does the same. In resturant areas ,they are there where ever u turn,You literally never have an empty cup, dirty plate or napkin or anything in your sight.If u ask for directions they will stop and walk u.Anyone that is in eyes view of you stops and greets you. 5 stars. I can go on and on.

Desde quando lá fomos, Ramon e Juan Miguel nos receberam com uma grande acolhida. Anny e Ever no bar do lobby foram excelentes e muito amigável. Nosso quarto tinha uma das melhores vistas do hotel. Tudo estava limpo e em ordem. Na piscina, os animadores eram uns dos melhores (Amado, Arturo e Edgar, esses caras sabem como tratar bem os convidados. Com certeza voltaremos em breve. Ahh sim e a comida está lá restaurantes eram excepcionais.

Great place for an All-inclusive! the food which is usually one of the handicaps in this type of hotels is simply outstanding (take into consideration the aspects of the pandemic short cuts where they are not using all of the food they can) the peruano restaurant brilliant. The service of every staff was incredible - on point. The infrastructure is made to last. Great experience overall.
