Nice and clean hotel with lake view. The view from the dining room is awesome. Very friendly and responsive staff. One of the things I like so much about this hotel is that I can text them when I need anything and they reply my text almost immediately. I'm so impressed! This place is located on the Laurel lake and have amazing views from the rooms with lake view and lake access. Yes, the rooms in first floor at the lake view side has lake access with your own balcony. Balcony is on second floor as well but only on rooms facing lake. Ours was on the road side by not bad. The road views are blocked by tall grasses. At the first when we entered our room, there was strong musky smell. I believe that's due to hot and humid days of summer. Once we opened all windows and started the AC, the musky smell was purged. Amenities include liquid body soap snaps and lotion. Ours was 2 queen bed. Out toilet was in a very tight space though and unlike other hotels, I did not expect the vanity outside the bathroom. I guess it's my preference to have a sink within the bathroom and toilet. Beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast was good. Loved their pancake machine. Breakfast space has another amazing lake views. We rented kayaks and it was fun. Pontoon available for rent as well but was in service at the time. The restaurant is Indian cuisine. Reasonably priced and decent food. Couple picnic benches in the back you can use for enjoying your food or snack. And plenty of Adirondack chairs to relax out just lie down on the lawn. Restaurant do have a bar. Service was good and it is conveniently located at the border of Lenox and Lee. About less than 10 minutes from historic Lenox downtown. We got a room on a whim and it was just before the start of the Tanglewood season. We were able to get a nice room upgrade to the second floor, facing the lake, with a fireplace and a deck! Fantastic stay for a great price. We would love to return again for a longer stay and take advantage of the kayaks available for rent at the front desk. Also, if you've never been to the Berkshires before, you will be shocked at the amount of bugs at night. This is absolutely normal for the Berkshires and should not count against the inn staff. They have a bug zapper at the entrance but like everywhere else in the Berkshires, the front office is pretty susceptible to bugs getting inside as soon as anyone walks in the front door. Be understanding as this is just how it is in the Berkshires. I've spent many summers in the Berkshires and the bugs only get worse if you let them bug you! Adoramos, os quartos são bons e limpos, parece que foi renovado. O pessoal é amigável, o restaurante do hotel é incrivelmente saboroso. Nós amamos, e definitivamente voltaremos no próximo verão. A única coisa a perguntar, o café da manhã deve ser melhorado, se possível adicionar opções sem glúten e sem laticínios.

Nós hospedado aqui recentemente por algumas noites. Nice hotel convenientemente localizado em Berkshires, com o Lago Laurel ao fundo. We loved it, rooms are good and clean, it's seems to be renewed. Staff is friendly, the restaurant in the hotel is amazingly tasty. We loved it and definitely will come back next summer. The only thing to ask, breakfast should be improved, if possible to add gluten free and dairy free options.

We stayed here very recently for a couple nights. Nice hotel conveniently located in the Berkshires with a backdrop of Laurel Lake. Rooms were clean, comfy beds, staff friendly and accommodating BUT the Inn is Pet Friendly. Both nights we had dogs in neighboring rooms which interrupted our sleep. For this reason alone I wouldn't been here again.

A beautiful lakeside hotel with an excellent Indian cuisine restaurant located on premise. They offer boat & kayak rentals or like us choose to relax and enjoy the 🌞 on your private balcony, offered on select rooms. Ask for balcony when booking. Will without a doubt recommend to friends and will definitely be back for another relaxing weekend soon

I was very pleasantly surprised by The Black Swan! They're dog friendly, keep a great staff on call, and provide comfortable rooms on Laurel Lake with fun water amenities. It couldn't have been better at that price point. I'd definitely stay again, and recommend to anyone traveling in the Berkshires!
