Ótimo hotel,fica próximo ao aeroporto Charles de Gaulle e do Castelo de Chantilly

Atendimento péssimo, equipe precisa de treinamento. nos últimos 4 anos, tenho feito questão de ficar apenas em propriedades Marriott e geralmente tenho muito bom tratamento e reconhecimento da equipe e agradecimento por minha lealdade. Esta é a pior experiência que tive em qualquer hotel. Desde a funcionária do balcão de elite que estava muito ocupada preparando os cartões para os próximos visitantes, em vez de me fazer check-in, em tempo hábil, até a supervisora ​​noturna que me disse que o Courtyard não é Marriott e, quando pedi água, ela me disse beber da pia do banheiro. Este hotel atende a tripulações de companhias aéreas e não se importa que alguém fique mais de 75 noites por ano nas propriedades do Marriott. Enquanto eu esperava na fila para o transporte do aeroporto, o supervisor noturno ajudou alguém antes de mim, embora o gentil cliente tenha dito a ela que eu estava esperando primeiro. A gerência precisa limpar este lugar. Esta foi minha esposa e minha estadia final em umas férias de 2 semanas e terminou com uma nota ruim por causa do serviço. O hotel em si é bom, mas a equipe da frente precisa se livrar de suas atitudes e tratar os clientes com respeito. Outros funcionários (manobrista e arrumação) foram muito agradáveis ​​e ótimos para lidar, algo que a recepção deve aprender. Eu tinha uma pergunta durante o dia e 3 pessoas estavam ocupadas demais para procurar e me ajudar com uma pergunta simples, então há um problema de cultura neste hotel que precisa ser resolvido.

I had a wonderful experience at the Courtyard by Marriott, Paris, France. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check-in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. Very clean facilities such as gym and pool were at the cleanest. Bathroom in the room was very spaciousand clean as well! Thank you once again for giving me a wonderful experience! I will be definitely recommend to my colleagues!

Very poor service, staff needs training. over the last 4 years I have made a point to only stay at Marriott properties and usually have very good treatment and acknowledgment from the staff and appreciation for my loyalty. This is the worst experience I’ve had at any hotel. From the employee at the elite counter who was too busy getting cards ready for upcoming visitors rather then check me in, in a timely manner, to the night supervisor who told me that Courtyard is not Marriott, and when I asked for water she told me to drink out of the bathroom sink. This hotel caters to airline crews and do not care that someone stays 75+ nights a year at Marriott properties. While I was waiting in line for the airport shuttle the night supervisor helped someone before me even though the kind customer told her I was waiting first. Management needs to clean this place up. This was my wife and my final stay on a 2 week vacation and it ended on a poor note because of the service. The hotel itself is nice but the front end staff need to get rid of their attitudes and treat customers with respect. Other staff (valet and housekeeping) were very nice and great to deal with, something the front desk should learn from. I had a question in the day and 3 people were too busy to even look up and help me with a simple question so there is a culture problem at this hotel that needs to be addressed.

Normalmente não sou eu quem reclama das coisas, mas minha experiência com uma estadia reservada 16.-17.07. infelizmente foi tão ruim que sinto a necessidade de acompanhar isso:Reservei um quarto para uma noite para mim, minha namorada e meu bebê de quase 5 meses. Após a chegada ao aeroporto, seguimos em direção ao seu hotel. Ao chegar, fomos informados pela recepção, que o hotel não é aquele onde reservamos, mas outro “a 10 minutos de carro”. Eu investiguei isso e, de fato, ambos os hotéis têm quase exatamente o mesmo nome, o que é bastante confuso. Nem 5 minutos depois, outro casal chegou naquele outro hotel com exatamente o mesmo problema. No entanto, este foi realmente o nosso erro, a equipe da recepção não foi útil para nos levar para o outro hotel. Eles se recusaram a transferir a reserva para o hotel e afirmaram que não era problema deles. Já passava da meia-noite naquele horário, então organizamos um Uber mesmo que o bebê não tivesse cadeirinha. Como não tínhamos outra escolha, fomos mesmo assim e pagamos mais de 20€.Chegando ao seu hotel no final, por volta da 1h da manhã, encontramos o hall de entrada cheio de pessoas e uma única pessoa trabalhando na recepção. Embora eu sentisse pena dela pessoalmente, o serviço prestado foi muito ruim. Tivemos que esperar cerca de 30 a 45 minutos enquanto o bebê acordava e já estávamos muito cansados. Havia um grupo na nossa frente que foi informado de que havia apenas dois dos quatro quartos reservados disponíveis, a equipe afirmou que não havia quartos suficientes sendo limpos durante o dia (por que não informar os hóspedes com antecedência?) Felizmente, no final, havia um quarto para nós. Durante o check-in, não fomos homenageados como membros de platina da sua cadeia. A equipe foi amigável embora e desde uma cama de crianças. Chegando no quarto encontramos algumas ferramentas e uma escada de alguém que deixou lá. Além disso, o ar condicionado não funcionava, então o bebê acordava muito e até nós estávamos dormindo muito mal.Falei com a recepção no check-out e a senhora lá apreciou os problemas, mas afirmou que não havia nada que ela pudesse fazer além de nos oferecer uma bebida gratuita ou algo assim. Não estávamos interessados, então pedi pontos (já que ela me disse que não era possível reembolsar). Ela prometeu encaminhar isso para seu gerente que voltaria para mim na segunda-feira.Enviei ao hotel um e-mail e dois lembretes antes de avaliar publicamente o hotel para dar a eles uma chance de encontrar uma solução, mas eles nem responderam. E: renomeie seus hotéis para diferenciá-los! Aparentemente eu não era o único a misturá-los.

Parecia um resort! Este hotel é extremamente espaçoso e verde para um hotel de aeroporto. Amei. Jardim foi ótimo, a equipe foi excelente e comida deliciosa. Fiquei lá assim que o novo menu foi lançado, então o chef saiu para pedir feedback e explicar os pratos. Os quartos eram perfeitos para um sono repousante.Este hotel é perfeito para uma curta viagem a Paris ou logo antes/depois de um voo. Eu vi que eles têm algumas instalações excelentes para conferências, então estou ansioso para talvez voltar na próxima vez que tivermos uma reunião de negócios na área.

Normally I am not the person complaining about things, but my experience with a booked stay 16.-17.07. unfortunately was so bad that I feel the need to follow up on this: I have reserved a room for one night for myself, my girlfriend and my almost 5 months old baby. After arriving at the airport, we headed towards your hotel. After arriving, we were told by the front desk, that the hotel is not the one where we booked, but another one “10 minutes away by car”. I investigated that and indeed both hotels have nearly exactly the same name, which is quite confusing. Not even 5 minutes after, another couple arrived at that other hotel having the exactly same problem. However this was indeed our mistake, the front desk staff was not helpful to get us to the other hotel. They refused to transfer the booking to their hotel and stated it was not their problem. It was already after midnight at that time, so we organized an Uber even if the baby was not having a child seat. Since we had no other choice, we went anyway and paid over 20€. Arriving at your hotel in the end at around 1 AM we found the entry hall full of people and one single person working at the reception. Even though I felt sorry for her personally, the service provided was quite bad. We had to wait around 30-45 minutes while the baby woke up and we were already very tired. There was a group in front of us that was told there was only two out of four booked rooms available, the staff stated there were not enough rooms being cleaned during the day (why not informing guests beforehand?) Luckily in the end there was a room for us. While checking in we were not honored as platinum members of your chain. The staff was friendly though and provided a children bed. Arrived at the room we found some tools and a ladder from someone left there. Furthermore, the AC did not work at all so the baby woke up a lot and even ourselves, we were sleeping very badly. I talked to the front desk when checking out and the lady there appreciated the problems but stated there was nothing she could do besides offering us a free drink or something. We were not interested so I asked for points (since she told me a refund was not possible). She promised to forward this to her manager that would come back to me on Monday. I sent the hotel an email and two reminders before publicly Rate the hotel to give them a chance to find a solution, but they did not even reply. And: please rename your hotels to differentiate them! Apparently I was not the only one mixing them up.

I was excited when i got to the hotel, everything looked nice and in great shape, very good looking furniture and fairly spacious rooms. But wait i have to mention that we go to hotel mainly to sleep, so comfortable clean bed is very very important. Message to hotel staff PLEASE PLEASE change linens between guests it is disgusting to find human hair on fitted , drape sheet, and cover sheet, at least fitted sheet and drape sheet must be changed.

It felt like a resort! This hotel is extremely spacious and green for an airport hotel. Loved it. Garden was great, staff were excellent and food was delicious. I stayed there just as the new menu was launched so the chef came out to ask for feedback and explain the dishes. The bedrooms were perfect for a resting sleep. This hotel is perfect for a short trip to Paris or just before/after a flight. I saw that they have some excellent conference facilities so looking forward to maybe come back next time we have a business meeting in the area.

Decent airport hotel, but beware of location. The hotel’s amenities are generally fine, but its remote location in the countryside beyond the airport is problematic if you need any kind of dining. We were there on a Sunday evening and the hotel restaurant was closed. Also, there are very few restaurants nearby and most were closed that night as well. Food delivery apps were also problematic. So many guests were simply buying potato chips and beer in the lobby and living off snacks. If Marriott is going to operate a full-service hotel, especially in such an isolated location, they absolutely must keep a restaurant open and available for guests. Very frustrating. Further, the air conditioning was inadequate.

Location is off the grid from the city but definitely a good and convenient hotel if you need to stay for a day before your flight. Hotel is children friendly with the lobby decor of a mini playground for children on one side and a chill lounging area on the other. Breakfast variety was good. Plenty of choices from cold to warm options. Room was spacious and clean. Linens was white, fresh and no odour. Definitely I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for an airport hotel to stay the night before your flight. Worth the stay and with good Marriott hospitality...

Hotel was nicely decorated and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the practical design of the rooms is lacking. Our shower room door did not close properly and swung open as people showered. There were not enough hooks to hang out towels AND clothing. The beds were comfortable but there wasn't a flat sheet between the mattress and duvet so we were either too hot or cold.

El hotel como tal cumple con las cuatro estrellas, pero el precio del restaurante es excesivo. En el lado positivo, dotan a sus TV con tecnología Chromecast para poder establecer una conexión entre tu móvil y el televisor.

Muy bonito cuarto y bien limpio todo. Ubicado cerca del Aeropuerto pero nada mas. Decidimos tomar un Uber al Aeropuerto porque nuestro vuelo salia antes que los shuttles y solo costo 10€, super rasonable.
