“Not a bad hotel. I stayed here due to the location. But, there are newer and nicer hotels not terribly far away. Location is great for food and shopping if needed. The rooms although clean, could use some updating. The furniture is a bit tired. Additionally, was very surprised that I was charged $7 per night for parking. That’s odd for this type of location and setting.”

“Residence Inn kept charging me hold charges and not really explaining. One night it would be $70, the next $130, $200, $300. No difference in anything, they would just keep these arbitrary hold charges coming. Some guy would say he can’t even see them in the system, the next would say they can and it’s automated, the next would say it’s incidentals, the next saying it’s just an automated system, etc. I don’t appreciate being charged arbitrary amounts, unexplained, especially as it racks up to a $300 incidental hold, again for no reason.
Just a frustrating experience to say little of it and I hope they figure out (wink wink) why they’ve decided to charge different amounts on hold for rooms extended at the same rate. $300 hold for a random 1 day extension at a rate far below that is kind of stupid.
Basically go to hell”
