Omg!!! I have never had an experience such as this! Let me start by saying i was surprised that in the middle of a pandemic nobody (guest or employees) were wearing mask.No signs of social distancing at all. When asked abt it the clerk let me know that it wasn't mandatory in the state of NC. This place reminded me of a shelter.Children playing in the parking lots and adults hanging out in the hallways. Once checking in, the room smelled of cigarette smoke. The pillow cases and sheets looked used. After spraying them down with lysol and getting comfortable,a roach ran across the floor! Killed it immediately and prayed it was an isolated event. Nope!!! After roach number 5 we packed it up immediately and left to find another hotel at 1am in the morning!! Will try to get refunded for the 4 days already paid for. Smh.... I've included a pic of one of the guys who helped ruin our stay UPDATE: There was no problem recieving a refund. All went well

This place is ok, it's affordable, relatively clean, and you do save money and improve the quality of life by having a kitchen, etc. But the room is really, really small and the kitchen is a two burner cooktop (no oven) and there's like....seedy people there (not all but some) because (I think) it's located right in the area of all the cheap hotels.

Got checked in quickly. The front desk was very informative and helpful. As soon as we got into the room, we noticed the room wasn't cleaned very well. There were soap scum stains from the last guests, dirty fingerprints on faucet handles, stains on the sheets, and roaches galore. I understand that this is an extended stay, but the roach infestation should be taken care of.

First, let me explain. My wife, my 4 month old, and I were traveling to visit her sickly father for Christmas. I realized after 3 hours of leaving my home that I left my wallet on top of my dryer! A bad mistake, I know. However, I had my wife with me who shares a bank account with me so we were golden! The only thing I would miss would be my ID, which isn't ideal to not have on me but not a game stopper. We finish our 5 and a half hour drive and show up for check in at our reservation at 10:30 PM which is a bit late but hey, traffic was a bummer. I walk in with my wife and child and speak with the lady at the front desk. I explained my mistake but we have both our debit card and/or cash to pay for the room. She immediately responded saying she needs both of our IDs or she's refusing service. She didn't stop when she added "I can let her get a room with her ID but if I catch her letting you in, I'm going to ask you, your wife, and your child to leave immediately with no refund so I wouldn't recommend it." I was appalled! This lady kicked my wife, my 4 month old, and I out in the freezing cold rain late at night with the option to either luck out with another hotel or sleep in our car. We did luck out with Motel 6 right down the road (which I highly recommend staying). The lady at motel 6 understood immediately and took good care of us. If you're looking for a decent place to stay at a nicer hotel for literally the SAME price, go to Motel 6 and forget about this inconsiderate sh**hole!

Mi hija se quedó aquí el lunes pasado y se suponía que iba a ser hasta el jueves. Me llamó molesto el miércoles porque cuando se fueron a la cama, notaron que estaba lleno de insectos. Fui allí y vi esto por mí mismo. Incluso adjunté una foto que tomé y ella puede proporcionar muchas más fotos. My daughter stayed here last Monday and was supposed to be through Thursday. She called me upset Wednesday because when they went to go to bed, they noticed it was full of bugs. I went up there and saw this for myself. I even attached a pic I took and she can provide lots more photos. When she went back up there to check out Thursday, she asked for one night’s refund since they couldn’t sleep there Wednesday night. They told her they would have someone check the room and refund the full amount if bugs were found. She said we can go look now and they said someone else would later. She tried calling them back to see if they were going to refund and they had blocked her number. So when she went today, the lady was very rude to her.I would not recommend anyone stay here due to the rudeness, dirtiness and bugs. Not to mention when I went to help her get her stuff together, the whole place smelled like weed (as soon as you walk in the building).And don’t forget the person’s dirty clothes that were in a drawer. That right there tells you they don’t clean properly. Edit to add: They deleted the photo. I will keep adding it back.
