“I have been here for over a week and never saw or experienced any of what most of these reviews are saying. Yes there was some things broken, but that is on how the guest handles themselves during the stay abs it cost to get things repaired. This hotel is large so I don't expect things to get fixed in timely fashion. It's an extended stay so I was prepared with my own items for cooking, cleaning, and bathing - I didn't expect them to clean after me daily (this is supposed to be a home away from home). Yes I did smell cig smoke, but that's not on the hotel - that's the guest!!! Plug-ins or candles fixed that issue. I have seen not 1 insect/roach. Linen in room was clean. Staff was professional and friendly- yeah, I did ask some questions they weren't sure about but they did let me know who to go to (or I just researched it on my own). So these reviews.... I'm not understanding at all.”

“This place is absolutely disgusting. There are roaches here. The towels look like they have never been washed. Kids live here and run around all hours of the night. The “tiles” on the floor are cheaply placed and pop up and slip. There’s pitbulls everywhere. Disgusting stains all on the sheets. And half the channels don’t work on the TV. Do not recommend this place at all! Much worth to spend the extra money in a much safer cleaner environment somewhere else.”
