No parking on site and the road by the condo was closed. We ended up checking in late (after midnight) and had to walk 2 blocks only to find out there was no concierge on site. We tried to call, but no one answered the phone. Had to walk next door to check in then walk 3 blocks to the nearest parking garage, which was $20 per day, then lug all our luggage the 3 blocks back to the condo. No laundry on site, so we had wet, sandy swimsuits to deal with all week with no place even to hang them to dry. The room was very tiny and cramped with no balcony or view of the beach. Instead we got to watch the people in the next condo over eating their breakfast. Location is great with close access to the beach, but the room and service were much to be desired. Not a typical Diamond condo experience. The beach was also covered in seagrass. Gross to get in the first several feet, and it constantly floated around you and would rub against you while in the water. First time in Miami and we were very disappointed.

Olivia e a recepção foi muito acolhedora e acolhedora. Reservei o quarto king com sofá-cama. O quarto tinha uma porta deslizante para privacidade e o banheiro pode ser acessado pela cozinha e pelo quarto. As vistas do quarto eram perfeitas. Também recebemos cupons para usar no restaurante 1 edifício chamado Havana 1957, que estava delicioso. A localização era ótima também. Com certeza voltarei a este hotel quando visitar Miami!

El hotel y la ubicación, creo que son inmejorables, muy céntrico con poco ruido y a pasos de la playa. La habitación es como un departamento, con cocina y refrigerador, muy cómodo y confortable. Totalmente recomendable.

Bedroom was facing the back street.. very noisy from garbage truck and cars with load music.room smelled.we had keep bathroom door closed all the time lessen the smell (sewage?).We asked for room change but they couldn't accommodate us.

Olivia and the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating. I reserved the king bedroom with pull-out sofa bed. The bedroom had a sliding door for privacy and the bathroom can be entered from kitchenette and bedroom. The views from the room were perfect. We were also given coupons to use at the restaurant 1 building over called Havana 1957 which was delicious. The location was great as well. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel when I visit Miami!

Tudo sobre este hotel foi bom, muito limpo e muito acolhedora equipe do hotel foi muito útil, incluindo Melanie o agente da recepção. Estarei reservando novamente. Esta localização fica a minutos da praia no centro de Ocean Drive e tudo o que está acontecendo. Minha melhor parte foi ter uma quitinete/geladeira para armazenar qualquer ou sobrar itens ou bebidas que a maioria dos hotéis não tem e você está desperdiçando centenas de dólares em alimentos ou bebidas que poderiam ser economizados! 5 estrelas

Everything about this hotel was nice very clean and very accommodating hotel staff was very helpful including Melanie the front desk agent. I will be booking again. This location is minutes from the beach in the center of Ocean drive and all that's happenings . My best part was having a kitchenette/refrigerator to store any or leftover items or drinks most hotels don't have that and you're wasting hundreds of dollars of food or drinks that could be saved ! 5 star's

A localização é incrível! À direita na Ocean Dr. com muitos restaurantes e bares para caminhar. 5 minutos a pé da praia. No entanto, o hotel / quarto em si não era o melhor. Nenhum serviço de arrumação, o que realmente não era ótimo, especialmente porque o material de limpeza não era fornecido para nos limparmos, tivemos que pedir várias vezes apenas para conseguir toalhas limpas. No geral, o hotel / quarto / equipe precisa de um upgrade, mas a localização vale a pena.

Localização maravilhosa, acomodação luxuosa, tudo que você precisa está a uma curta caminhada, tão perto da praia, vida noturna, lojas, restaurantes, transporte público, estacionamento público a duas quadras de distância. Tommy nos fez sentir bem-vindos e em casa e foi muito experiente e amigável e nos deu orientações úteis sobre a comunidade local.

Wonderful location, luxurious accommodation, everything you will ever need is within a short walk, so close to the beach, night life, shopping, restaurants, public transportation, public parking garage two blocks away. Tommy made us feel welcome and at home and was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave us helpful guidance about the local community.

The location is amazing! Right on Ocean Dr. with tons of restaurants and bars to walk to. 5 min walk to the beach. However, the hotel/room itself was not the best. No housekeeping service, which really wasn't great, especially because cleaning supplies wasn't provided to clean ourselves, we had to ask multiple times just to get fresh towels. Overall, the hotel/room/staff needs an upgrade, but the location is worth it.

Great location, plenty to do in walking distance.2 bedrooms do not have Oceanview. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living/kitchen and each have their own bathroom. Roof top lounge is closed, was hoping to use to watch sunrise.

I loved it. The staff their are amazing. We were there for 6 nights and 7 days. They made us feel like we were family. It is so welcoming and inviting. I recommend to anyone to give it a chance. You will love it

El servicio al cliente es el mejor que encontrado en Miami. Todos los que trabajan allí son muy buena gente. Empezando con Isaiah en front desk, Gustavo en Concierge y terminando con Michael y Jorge en ventas. Mi única queja sería que el wifi no funciona. Es una porqueria.

Fantastic location at the top of Ocean Drive so just minutes away from all the South Beach hotspots. Hotel is in the last throws of renovation and still sadly clouded in scaffold but the hotel itself...
