This hotel sit right on the beach. The views from the balcony are great! The hotel was really clean, the pool not so much. There where several dead bugs and a lot of sand in the pool, the ocean was much more inviting. There was a large and clean fitness room. They have a restaurant/bar next to the lobby and a tiki bar by the pool. Cars are allowed to drive on the beach and sometimes an ice cream truck passes by.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was exactly what we were looking for with a balcony overlooking the beautiful beach of Daytona. I also loved the fact that on top of the two queen beds, there was a bed in an attached room to the side. The room was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed the complementary donuts and coffee provided in the lobby. ;)The location was perfect. It was near lots of restaurants and even a shopping center that included a Marshall’s and Publix. The area wasn’t too crowded, which was fantastic. The beach was only a footstep away. I also liked the fact that there was a little shower to clean off after the beach before entering the hotel. Great experience and would highly recommend coming. Would definitely stay again.

Localização perfeita à beira-mar. O lobby, lounge e jardins são acolhedores, mas os quartos precisam de alguma remodelação. O membro da equipe no balcão quando chegamos foi a única pessoa que exerceu adequadamente suas habilidades de atendimento ao cliente. Todas as outras pessoas da equipe não estavam interessadas em simplesmente dizer oi e muito menos ajudar se você tivesse uma pergunta ... não é bom. O site diz "serviço de quarto", mas você tem que pedir e pegar no café. Eles não vão trazer o seu pedido para o quarto!! Verifique as estrelas do restaurante antes de jantar, melhor guia para refeições "deliciosas". No geral, viagem maravilhosa.

Perfect oceanfront location. The lobby, lounge, and grounds are welcoming, but the rooms need some remodeling. The staff member at counter when we arrived was the only person who properly exercised their customer service skills. All other staff persons were uninterested in simply saying hi much less assist if you had a question...not good. The site says "room service" but you have to order and pick up from the cafe. They will NOT bring your order to the room!! Check restaurant stars before dining, best guide for "delicious" meals. Overall, wonderful trip.

Friendly welcome from Maryana when checking in. I made an error in booking my room,The hotel was booked. Steven the manager without hesitation worked diligently to work something out. He was able to make it happen and got me into a room and then helped me carry my bags. He and the staff went above and beyond exceeding my expectations. I will most definitely return and highly recommend! Great customer experience well done!

Essa estadia foi incrível! Desde o check in e check out. A praia era agradável e relaxante. Não tive tempo de entrar na piscina, mas estava limpa e definitivamente entraria na minha próxima estadia. Este foi um livro de última hora para o meu aniversário e o check-in tardio foi fácil com a recepcionista naquele momento. Não houve problemas com o quarto. Era limpo e a cama era muito confortável. Meu quarto era perto do elevador, então eu realmente amei essa parte e o estacionamento era incrível. Gratuito e tinha acesso a qualquer porta que eu escolhesse para entrar. Era perto de tudo que você precisa. Eu recomendo este lugar e eu definitivamente reservar novamente no futuro próximo. Obrigado por uma estadia incrível.

Fizemos essa reserva enquanto estávamos dirigindo de DC para Miami. Não sabia o que esperar. Ficamos muito felizes com a escolha. Infelizmente, não tivemos tempo de aproveitar a praia, mas é bem na água. O nosso quarto não era "frente para o mar", mas tinha uma pequena vista. Quarto grande, serviço simpático. Vale seu dinheiro. Muita comida e lojas a uma curta distância. Além disso, tem estacionamento gratuito, mas é um pouco limitado. Eu recomendaria este lugar com certeza!

O atendimento ao cliente foi horrível. Liguei no dia anterior à nossa reserva para solicitar um check-in antecipado porque minha filha estava em uma competição de dança. Foi-me dito que não deveria haver nenhum problema em conceder esse pedido. Quando chegamos ao hotel, fomos informados de que nosso quarto não estava pronto. Mencionei os telefonemas e novamente disse que pegaríamos o primeiro quarto disponível. A recepcionista disse que colocaria nosso nome em uma lista e nos ligaria quando estivesse pronto. Saímos para almoçar e voltamos para o hotel uma hora depois (aproximadamente 1:00) nos disseram que ainda não havia quartos disponíveis. Havia várias chaves estabelecidas e perguntamos sobre os outros quartos e eles disseram que não poderíamos tê-los. Chamamos outro Hilton em Daytona que tinha quartos disponíveis que poderiam ser verificados imediatamente. Perguntei sobre o cancelamento de nossa reserva atual para que pudéssemos mudar para o outro Hilton. O agente da recepção disse que ela teria que perguntar ao gerente e desapareceu na parte de trás por vários minutos. Durante esse período, nosso cartão de crédito foi cobrado pelo quarto, embora não tivéssemos permissão para fazer o check-in. Voltamos para o hotel novamente às 3:30 e nos disseram que o quarto ainda não estava pronto, mas como éramos membros ouro, eles estavam nos dando duas garrafas de água. Às 4:15 (horário de check-in era 4:00) fomos informados pelo mesmo agente e gerente que o quarto não estava pronto. Neste momento, estávamos esperando 5 horas para que nosso quarto desocupado fosse limpo. O próximo turno de agentes da recepção chegou e tentamos novamente, explicando o dia. Este agente falou imediatamente com alguém em um rádio. 'Nosso' quarto e vários outros quartos estavam vazios e limpos o dia todo esperando que alguém os inspecionasse. Não apenas os agentes e o gerente anteriores tiveram preguiça de nos ajudar, eles cobraram nosso cartão de crédito antes que pudéssemos fazer o check-in, para que não pudéssemos cancelar nossa reserva. Este é o exemplo mais pobre de experiência do cliente que já recebi. Com certeza compartilharei essa experiência com nossos donos de estúdios de dança e coordenadores de competição para que nenhum outro dançarino cometa o erro de ficar neste hotel.

This stay was amazing! From checking in and checking out. The beach was nice and relaxing. I didn’t get time to get In the pool but it was clean and would definitely get in my next stay. This was a last minute book for my birthday and checking in late was easy with the receptionist at that time. There was no issues with the room. It was clean and the bed were very comfortable. My room was close to elevator so I really loved that part and the parking was awesome. Free of charge and had access to any door I chose to go in. It was close to everything that you need. I recommend this place and I would definitely book again in the near future. Thanks for an awesome stay.

Customer service was horrible. I called the day before our reservation to request an early check-in because my daughter was in a dance competition. I was told there should be no problem granting that request. When we arrived at the hotel we were told our room was not ready. I mentioned the phone calls and again stated that we would take the first available room. The front desk clerk said she would put our name on a list and call us when it was ready. We left to get lunch and came back to the hotel an hour later (approximately 1:00) We were told there were still no rooms available. There were several keys laid out and we asked about the other rooms and they said we could not have those. We called another Hilton in Daytona who had rooms available that could be checked into immediately. I inquired about cancelling our current reservation so we could move to the other Hilton. The front desk agent said she would have to ask her manager and disappeared to the back for several minutes. During this time our credit card was charged for the room even though we had not been allowed to check in. The manager came out and said that we could not cancel our reservation because our credit card had been charged. At this time my daughter was getting very anxious and crying because she was afraid she was going to miss her solo routine in the competition. The front desk agent told us we would have to wait elsewhere for our room. Fortunately we were able to find a teammate who had been allowed to check in early (at a different hotel) and borrow their room to prepare for the competition. We went back to the hotel again at 3:30 and were told the room was still not ready, but because we were gold members they were giving us two bottles of water. At 4:15 (check-in time was 4:00) we were told by the same agent and manager that the room was not ready. At this time we had been waiting 5 hours for our unoccupied room to be cleaned. The next shift of front desk agents came in and we tried again, explaining the day. This agent immediately spoke to someone on a radio. 'Our' room and several other rooms had been sitting empty and clean all day waiting for someone to inspect them. Not only had the earlier agents and manager been too lazy to help us, they charged our credit card before we were allowed to check in so we could not cancel our reservation. This is the poorest example of customer experience I have ever received. I will be certain to share this experience with our dance studio owners and competition coordinators so that no other dancers make the mistake of staying in this hotel.

We made this reservation as we were driving from DC to Miami. Didn't know what to expect. We were very happy with the choice. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the beach, but it's right on the water. Our room wasn't "ocean front" but had a small view of it. Big room, friendly service. Worth your money. Lots of food and shops within walking distance. Also, has free parking, but is somewhat limited. I would recommend this place for sure!

Desde o momento do check-in fomos bem atendidos. A primeira pessoa que encontramos entrando pela porta foi Jim que estava limpando o saguão. Ele nos deu um grande olá. Deanna na recepção nos deu uma recepção calorosa e respondeu às muitas perguntas que meu amigo perguntou. Os outros funcionários da recepção foram todos simpáticos e prestativos. Tomamos café da manhã na sala de jantar e o cozinheiro fez uma ótima omelete. Nossa garçonete, Jordan sempre nos cumprimentou com uma atitude agradável e foi doce e atenciosa. Nossa governanta, Sherane, foi outra funcionária que foi prestativa e tinha uma personalidade muito gentil. Os “gêmeos” que nos ajudaram com travesseiros extras e as coisas de que precisávamos estavam “certas” e alegres. A praia era ótima também! Alugamos as espreguiçadeiras e guarda-chuva que deram ao meu amigo a capacidade de tomar sol enquanto eu gostava da sombra. Antes de fazermos o check-out, decidimos sentar na nossa varanda e aproveitar a experiência maravilhosa que tivemos nos últimos dias. Meu amigo me disse: “a única coisa que tornaria tudo absolutamente perfeito seria ver alguns golfinhos”. Bem…, o que pensamos inicialmente eram albatroz no Atlântico acabou por ser um grupo de cerca de 12 golfinhos que nos deram um grande show e um doce adeus. Como você pode dizer, nós amamos a equipe e nossa estadia no Hilton Garden Inn.504

From the moment we checked in we were well taken care of. The first person we met coming in the door was Jim who was cleaning the lobby. He gave us a big hello. Deanna at the front desk gave us a warm welcome and answered the many questions that my friend asked. The other front desk staff were all helpful and friendly . We had breakfast in the dining room and the cook made one heck of a great omelette. Our waitress, Jordan always greeted us with a pleasant attitude and was sweet and attentive. Our housekeeper, Sherane was another employee which was helpful and had a very kind personality. The “twins” who helped us with extra pillows and things we needed were “right on” and cheerful. The beach was great too! We rented the lounge chairs and umbrella which gave my friend the ability to get the sun while I enjoyed the shade. Before we checked out we decided to sit on our balcony and soak up the wonderful experience we had over the last few days. My friend said to me, “the only thing that would make everything absolutely perfect would have been to see some dolphins.” Well …, what we first thought were albatross out in the Atlantic turned out to be a pod of about 12 dolphins which gave us a great show and a sweet goodbye. As you can tell, we loved the staff and our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. 504

A equipe da noite salvou minha classificação por estrelas. Jeff, Noel, Louie e a chef mais incrível Monica! Antes de conhecê-los, eu estava pronto para fazer o check-out e ir para outro hotel. Não por causa das acomodações, ou algo terrivelmente errado com o lugar. Não. Foi por causa de uma interação com um dos caras da limpeza/manutenção. Ele pensou em gritar do outro lado da sala e me dizer que eu não poderia levar duas colheres para o meu filho e o cereal para mim. Ele estava tão longe que eu tive que perguntar se ele estava falando comigo. Talvez ele estivesse buscando algum tipo de poder ou precisasse se sentir importante no momento. Eu não sei. Mas essa interação me fez querer fazer as malas e não ficar mais noites. Naquela noite as coisas melhoraram. Louie foi um grande concurso de bar e anfitrião. Monica fez a melhor salada Caesar com frango que já comi, macarrão, sanduíche de frango e queijo grelhado! Ela é uma ótima cozinheira! Eu vinha aqui só para comer, porque estava tudo muito bom. Jeff na recepção tornou-se um amigo para mim. Ele foi tão prestativo e fez um avião de papel para meu filho. Noel nos fez sentir muito bem-vindos. Por causa da equipe noturna, passei de 1 para 4 estrelas e não vou contar este hotel se precisarmos ficar em Daytona novamente. Obrigado pessoal da noite!Razões para não ser 5 estrelas: Sem descontos para um bloco de 10 quartos, então metade da nossa equipe ficou em outro lugar. Ter que trazer nossas toalhas de banho sujas para comprar novas. Falta de coisas para fazer para as crianças quando o tempo está ruim.

The night staff saved my star rating. Jeff, Noel, Louie, and the most amazing chef Monica! Before meeting them, I was ready to checkout and go to another hotel. Not because of the accommodations, or anything terribly wrong with the place. Nope. It was because of an interaction with one of the cleaning/ maintenance guys. He thought he’d holler across the room and tell me I could not take two spoons for my son and I’s cereal. He was so far away that I had to ask if he was even talking to me. Maybe he was grasping for some kind of power or needed to feel important at the moment. I don’t know. But that interaction made me want to pack up and not stay any more nights. That evening things got better. Louie was a great bar tender, and host. Monica made the best Caesar salad with chicken I’ve ever had, pasta, chicken sandwich, and grilled cheese! She’s a great chef! I would come here just to eat, because everything was so good. Jeff at the front desk became a friend to me. He was so helpful, and made my son a paper airplane. Noel made us feel very welcome. Because of the night staff, I’ve gone from 1 to 4 stars, and won’t count this hotel out if we ever need to stay in Daytona again. Thanks Night staff!Reasons it’s not 5 star: No discounts for a block of 10 rooms, so half our team stayed somewhere else. Having to bring down our dirty bathroom towels to get new ones. Lack of stuff to do for young kids when weather is bad.

El desayuno estaba incluido en la reservación, cuando fuimos a desayunar hicimos el pedido, la leche fría, el café muy suave y no trajeron bacón, en fin no fue de nuestro agrado.

Es un hotel muy bueno en una excelente area todo te queda cerca el personar son muy amable la pisina y el jacuzzy excelente lo recomiendo si quiere pasar una vacasione en daytona y la playaes muy tranqila para disfrutar en familia

La peor experiencia en este hotel muy mal servicio al cliente, también nos cobraron un desayuno y no lo dieron y tampoco tenían toallas no lo recomiendo

Un lugar muy tranquilo.- Tiene la playa próxima , ( frente ) con una arena limpia y abundante.- Exelente para disfrutar de tranquilidad y expectacular vista al mar.

La atención exquisita, las instalaciones confortables, la ubicación ideal, a pie de playa y con sitios donde comer al cruzar la calle.Las habitaciones son amplias, muy confortables con vistas a la playa y a la piscina.Todo muy limpio.Se está a gusto.

Maravilloso hotel con una gran vista y excelente relación calidad-precio! Frente a la playa, bien bonito, realmente no hay que ir a otra parte de la playa, la del hotel está muy bien, buen servicio y buena la habitación. La piscina esta buena también con vista a la playa y un buen servicio en el bar. Se los recomiendo.
