Recomendation 100%
“Hotel is clean, in a good location to what we came for and staff is friendly. Rooms are spacious, modern, comfy and perfect for our weekend get away. They also serve a pretty good breakfast with many options, which is hard to find nowadays. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if I come back to visit.”

“Power went out Friday during our stay. When we got back to the hotel and the power was out, we were told by the manager, Jackie, that they would not be willing to help us find new accommodations. She went as far as to lie about other hotels in the area being without power which was false. We spoke with several of the Marriott hotels she said weren't available to outage that did not lose power all day. Edna at the front desk was very kind and apologetic but Jackie said it was 'out of the kindness of her heart' that she was not going to charge my 7 month pregnant wife and I to cancel the rest of the reservation. Property was fine, no issues with room until it was without power but will never go back to this property. EDIT: Noted the reply from Marriott and want to emphasize that we had no issues with the fact that they lost power. That happens. The issue was that they did nothing to help us set up accommodations somewhere else and then lied to us about every Nashville Marriott being without power. Just adding because they didn’t address any of this in their reply”
