Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very nice just small. Not a lot of space in the one we had. Was in good location and easy to find. Finding ice was little difficult but had to go down to check in desk. Was quiet and no issues hearing people around us or above us.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and that hotel itself was amazing. The bed was a soft as a cloud in the bathroom was perfectly clean. The location is great and walking distance to many restaurants and bars and stadiums. We ordered room service and the food did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

It's always difficult to decide if reviews are being too harsh and how they will align with your own expectations. Unfortunately, when it comes to Le Meridien Indy, I have to agree with the critical reviews. This is definitely a 3-star hotel with a 4-star rating. The hotel has been renovated, but parts of it still manage to look rundown and unclean. As other reviews have mentioned, the hotel is very small, and one of the main draws for staying here (beautiful lobby/hangout area) was closed consistently for private events. I was looking forward to the Corner King room that I had booked- only to be extremely disappointed once we actually saw it. Technically the room was located in the corner of the 6th floor of the property, but there is another building attached to the hotel... Our room was definitely a Deluxe, but we paid for a Corner. Very deceitful. It also lacked robes, slippers, and complimentary water bottles. All in all- the decor is cute and the staff is mostly friendly, but this is definitely not a luxury hotel.

Let me start off by saying that the staff was AMAZING. Very helpful, polite and easy to chat with. It definitely made our stay! The lobby was also killer. Great place to hang out with a drink, or coffee in the morning. Now for the reason I gave 4 stars - we got a deluxe king room and I would have hated to see the standard bc this room was SMALL. It would be fine for a weekend but any longer it would have been a no go. The sliding barn door to the bathroom was right near the bed, and when I say you can hear everything... you can hear EVERYTHING. there was also no fan in the bathroom as well as the sink really did not drain well. The highlight was the location, the diffusers they use throughout the hotel, the service, and the lobby.

Zara rocks! Such a great personality and host. She welcomed us after a long drive from Chicago. Can't say enough about her charisma. She made us laugh a lot. The hotel is fabulous! Love the rooms. We got a suite and it was much better than anticipated. We will be back
