“Amado at the entrance was extraordinary, Miguel Angel our waiter at breakfast buffet was super awesome too.
We checked in at 2pm and our room wasn't ready until 530pm, we called for towels because we didn't have enough and they showed til next day. We called 3 times the night we arrived around 7pm.
Location is too far for attractions.
Amado and Miguel Angel made this hotel worth the stay and made it so much better with their customer service. Thanks God for them. AC are very lucky to have them. Very thankful to them .”

“The assigned room has a few details, lack of maintenance (e.g. noisy glass sliding door, faucet not working properly, under counter lights falling off, mini fridge doesn't cool down properly, outside window glass dirty). Building is really nice, perhaps is just the room assigned to me. A sala atribuída tem alguns detalhes, falta de manutenção (por exemplo, porta deslizante de vidro barulhenta, torneira que não funciona corretamente, luzes do balcão caindo, frigobar não esfria adequadamente, vidro da janela externa sujo). O edifício é muito bom, talvez seja apenas o quarto que me foi atribuído.”
