“Stayed for 7 nights (Aug 2022) Location and common area facilities were amazing! Beautiful building. Worthy of a 5* hotel. Service was definitely lacking for a 5* hotel, closer to a 3* or 4* hotel. Door men were outright rude sometimes, questioning if I was a guest once even. Did not feel comfortable walking into the hotel after that incident. The saving grace were the managers at the hotel desk, quite courteous, and able to assist with questions and requests. Rooms are solidly in 3* hotel category. I understand that in the UK hotel rooms aren't as big and luxurious as other parts of the world, but this doesn't deserve a 5* hotel rating. Window is tiny and with no view, furnishings old, not 100% clean either.”

“Absolutely fantastic hotel. Blown away by the imposing architecture of the outside that continued and didn't disappoint inside. Rooms were luxurious and sympathetic to the style/history of the building. Staff are amazing - from the minute you arrive at the entrance they are attentive, helpful and friendly. A real credit. Food was very good and we made use of the pool and Spa facilities. Located next to St. Pancras International it is ideally situated for all areas of Would definitely stay again - if you're looking for a top hotel it won't disappoint.”
