Ótima estadia. Fazendo construção fora do prédio, mas não afetando a nossa estadia. Em comparação com outros lugares nas proximidades, este hotel é de longe melhor/limpo nos quartos. AC explode muito frio, o que é ótimo, pois está quase 100 graus lá fora. As camas são apenas duplas, não queen size. Desejo que eles eram maiores é o que mantém este 4 estrelas. Quarto é espaçoso... e pode caber as rainhas.

Great stay. Doing construction on outside of building, but not affecting our stay at all. Compared to other places nearby this hotel is by far nicer/cleaner in the rooms. AC blasts very cold which is great since it's almost 100degrees outside. Beds are only doubles, not queens. Wish they were bigger is what keeps this 4 stars. Room is spacious...and can fit the queens.

O processo de check-in e check-out foi fácil. O lobby parece limpo, meu quarto também estava limpo. Embora o check-in fosse às 15h, fui autorizado a fazer o check-in um pouco depois do meio-dia. Definitivamente mais moderno do que o hotel Hilton New Orleans Riverside.Há um restaurante próximo (não experimentei), mas também outros lugares agradáveis para comer a uma curta distância!Boa estadia geral.

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa de 4 noites aqui e adorei tudo. Chegamos bem cedo e, embora houvesse um check-in às 15h, nosso quarto estava pronto. O lobby é impressionante e a equipe da recepção foi extremamente gentil e prestativa.Fomos imediatamente informados de que havia trabalho ao ar livre nas janelas durante o horário de trabalho e fizemos o ajuste para manter as persianas fechadas durante o dia - não há problema!Nosso quarto ficava no 15º andar e era muito espaçoso. Era caminhável até o French Quarter e, embora nosso quarto dava para a linha do bonde, o barulho era quase imperceptível.Recomendamos altamente este hotel e mal posso esperar para voltar!

As primeiras impressões são tudo o que dizem. A impressão que Chris, o mensageiro, causou foi estelar. Ele fez questão de saber os nomes de todos na nossa festa e nos fez sentir especiais. Ele forneceu informações locais e dicas internas. Ele também nos conectou com cupons de restaurante e passes de entretenimento. Obrigado por ajudar a tornar a nossa estadia especial, Chris. Nosso quarto era muito bom, mas alguns dos móveis precisavam de reparos. E havia apenas algumas pequenas coisas que teríamos gostado. . . uma xícara para o banheiro, uma caneta e bloco de notas e café no quarto reabastecido. No geral, uma ótima estadia.

First impressions are everything they say. The impression that Chris, the bellman, made was stellar. He made it a point to know the names of everyone in our party and made us feel special. He provided local information and inside tips. He also hooked us up with restaurant coupons and entertainment passes. Thanks for helping to make our stay special, Chris. Our room was very nice, but some of the furniture was in need of repair. And there were just a couple little things that we would have liked . . . a cup for the bathroom, a pen and note pad and coffee in the room replenished. Overall a great stay.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay here and loved everything about it. We arrived quite early and even though there was a 3pm check-in, our room was ready. The lobby is stunning and the front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful. We were immediately made aware that there was outdoor work being done on the windows during working hours and we made the adjustment to keep the shades closed during the daytime hours - no issue there! Our room was on the 15th floor and was very roomy. It was walkable to the French Quarter, and even though our room looked down on the street car line, the noise was barely noticeable. We'd highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to go back!

Check-in and check-out process was easy. Lobby looks clean, my room was also clean. Even though check-in was at 3pm, I was allowed to check in a little after noon . Definitely more modern looking than the Hilton New Orleans Riverside hotel. There’s a restaurant nearby (didn’t try it), but also other nice places to eat at within walkable distance! Overall good stay.

O lobby do hotel é impressionante! O processo de check-in foi fácil e os funcionários foram simpáticos. Os quartos eram adequados e tinham tudo o necessário para uma estadia confortável. Devido ao alto volume, o café no lobby foi imprevisível. Não há microondas na maioria dos quartos, mas há um na área do lobby. O gelo está disponível em cada andar. O serviço de limpeza é apenas mediante pedido, e as toalhas também são substituídas mediante pedido (procure a mala preta e as instruções na sua secretária). As camas são confortáveis, mas parecem estar chegando a hora de serem substituídas. A localização é ótima em qualquer época do ano e você está centralmente localizado, então nada é muito longe. O restaurante pode parecer caro, mas você está em uma parte turística da cidade e está pagando pela conveniência. O serviço no Luke (restaurante no hotel) é ótimo, assim como a comida. Confira o happy hour e coma boas ostras do Golfo. Verifique com antecedência qual é a taxa de estacionamento para a sua estadia. $ 45 é típico. O carro pode ser despachado cedo e recolhido tarde, mas você precisa comunicar isso ao hotel.

The hotel lobby is stunning! The check in process was easy and the staff were nice. The rooms were adequate and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Due to high volume, coffee on the lobby was hit or miss. There are no microwaves in most rooms, but there is one in the lobby area. Ice is available on each floor. Cleaning service is by request only, and towels are replaced by request as well (look for the black bag and instructions on your desk). The beds are comfortable but seem to be nearing time for replacement. The location is great any time of year and you're centrally located so nothing is too far. The restaurant may seem pricey, but you're in a touristy part of town, and you're paying for convenience. The service at Luke (restaurant in hotel) is great, as is the food. Check out happy hour and get some good Gulf oysters. Verify in advance what the parking fee is for your stay. $45 is typical. The car can be checked in early and be picked up late, but you need to communicate this to the hotel.

While it's very conveniently located to Canal and Bourbon Street,this hotel is just OK.No frills.We did an early check in and was charged $35 where ever other hotel we've ever stayed at has done early check in free of charge.Rooms are a little outdated. Our room had a very strange smell... almost like stale air and crayons? We booked this hotel through a promotional program site. Some hotels in New Orleans are a full experience of restaurants and stores. This one is great if you're looking only to sleep,which I suppose most ARE only looking for that if you're into the nightlife around the hotel. Staff was great and the hotel was actually quiet.Quick walk to all things that typical tourist would like.

The water was cold in my room for two days,the pressure was horrible,the odor in the lounge disgusting,the staff was friendly,once I told them about issue and we spoke about a room change once I returned the staff had sold my room.It was my anniversary

Las muchachas del recepcion son bien amables. Me ayudaron con muchas cosas. Gracias Monika por aguantarnos aunque nos molestan mucho. This was a great hotel to spend time in the city. Downtown is right there and the famous restaurant Luke is in the buldong. Valet parking and great service. Nice staff.

Very clean. We were on the 19th floor and never had to wait long for an elevator. The windows were old and not very clear. This disrupted the clarity of the view of the city.

La ubicación es perfecta el único problema es el aparcamiento, tienen aparcacoches que te lo aparca en el aparcamiento del hotel pero en la calle de atrás el día vale justo la mitad, el hotel como todos los hilton habitación buena, servicio bueno, atención al cliente un 10 yo reserve la habitación online en el mismo momento de entrar y el precio fue casi regalado
