Hotel caríssimo para o que oferece ! Cama pequena, não limpam o quarto e quando pede na recepção fazem pouco caso. Não colocam papel higiênico no banheiro. O vaso sanitárioao dar a descarga volta.Estou há mais de uma 40 minutos para ver se arrumam meu quarto. A torneira da pia do banheiro não esquenta a água . Detalhe a geladeira eh trancada solicitei para abrir nunca foi aberta. O gerente do estabelecimento trata seus hóspedes como estivesse fazendo favor! Não há favor afinal paguei pelo serviço e não estãooferecendo

Fantastic team!! Front desk staff helped us out massively with a last minute situation before the post offices closed for the day. It's the small things that make a difference when choosing where to stay. Will be back! :)

Nice and cozy hotel that had very cozy and clean rooms, though slightly dated. Location was quite good as the metro station is right next to the hotel.However the hotel itself is in another building which makes it quite hard to find for first time visitors. Note: Taxi/uber cannot reach the entrance of the hotel, there will be a short walk of 100-200 meters. Better signs should be made.Nice buffet with plenty of choices, coupled with the great Hilton service as usual. Hotel agradável e aconchegante, com quartos muito aconchegantes e limpos, embora um pouco datados. A localização era muito boa, pois a estação de metrô fica ao lado do hotel.No entanto, o hotel em si fica em outro prédio, o que torna bastante difícil encontrar visitantes pela primeira vez. Nota: O táxi/uber não pode chegar à entrada do hotel, haverá uma curta caminhada de 100-200 metros. Melhores sinais devem ser feitos.Bom buffet com muitas opções, juntamente com o ótimo serviço Hilton, como de costume.

I have stayed at this property its in good location, room is confirmable and nice. But i had an issue with the payment nights of my stay suppose to cost 684 E they have deducted from my credit cared 984E no one is answering me why 300 E extra Ive been charged knowing that the receipt is 684E, ive called couple of times but front desk was not friendly and did not know how to deal with the situation, i have sent an email no feedback is received from there side , incase anyone wants to stay in this hotel i recommend pay cash because they might steal you similar to my situation.

Typical business hotel. Excellent breakfast cafe team although food choices are limited and remain the same on most days. Hotel corridor have a stale smell. Very helpful front desk/reception.

For a Hilton Hotel, this really let me down. Wireless internet speeds are extremely slow and barely functional. It felt like dial-up modem speeds. Few amenities included. Charging an additional €25 for breakfast for a room that cost me nearly €200 feels rather excessive. The bathroom is modern and clean, but water from the shower also tends to spill into the bathroom floor because there’s no complete separation between the shower and rest of bathroom. There's also not a single spot to put the soap or shampoo bottles other than on the floor. Speaking of the toiletry bottles, they're TINY. The amount of soap barely gets you through a day, and feels extremely wasteful. There should ideally be a soap & shower dispensers in the shower and next to the sink that many hotels provide now to avoid all the plastic bottle waste. By the way, the coffee machine in the hotel lobby wasn't working, and the staff member also couldn't get it to work. Again, this didn't feel in line with the quality I would typically expect at a Hilton.

Overall, I found my stay to be excellent. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and I found the room to be large, especially for Paris. The breakfast buffet was also large, as was the gym. I wish the hotel was in Central Paris, but the trains made it not very far away. All in all, my stay was great and I'd love to stay again. No geral, achei a minha estadia excelente. A equipe da recepção foi simpática e prestativa, e achei o quarto grande, especialmente para Paris. O buffet de café-da-manhã também foi grande, assim como a academia. Eu gostaria que o hotel ficasse no centro de Paris, mas os trens não ficavam muito longe. Apesar de tudo, minha estadia foi ótima e eu adoraria ficar novamente.

I thought that the receptionist at the hotel were extremely bad, as mannerisms, all what they care for were chatting to each other during their work, responding to clients or visitors like a burden and not like a client at all. Very disappointed in the reception given, also it was not possible to use the bathroom downstairs at reception while be a visitor waiting for someone or just waiting for a taxi.. The women from asian descent was patronizing and her colleague didn't help either, I would recommend to avoid thinking that you will genuinely be treated like a guess who has right since only those working for the hotel seems to have those rights...05/09/2022 11hr20.

Excellent hotel in Paris. Rooms are spacious and staff are very friendly. Staying in La Défense is the best option if you don't mind using metros 15 mins to Paris downtown. La Défense is an upscale area with all markets and malls around you.

Excelente hotel con muy buen trato por parte del personal. Hospitalario, amable, profesional... Me ha gustado mucho la estancia allí. Habitaciones grandes y bien equipadas, zonas comunes espaciosas. El único pero que le pondría es que el desayuno se quedaba algo corto para las personas que tenemos una dieta vegana.

El sitio bien, vale destacar la atencion de la recepcionista Cristina es española muy agradable y atenta, y los demas trabajadores fueron amables, con la excepción de una sola que fue muy desagradable en trato,pero en fin nada es perfecto, en términos generales buena ubicación, desayuno y habitaciones.

Un hotel totalmente agradable para descansar en familia o para viajes de negocios. Con vista al centro comercial de la explanada de La Defense. Muy cómodas las habitaciones, sin ruido exterior. El restaurant bufet de desayuno: simplemente exquisito y los empleados son muy amables. Le doy un 100.

Situado en la defensa, uno de los barrios más modernos y nuevos de París y rodeado de centros comerciales y edificios de oficinas, de hecho este hotel está dentro de u. Centro comercial, El Hilton es uno de los mejores hoteles en los que podremos hospedarnos.Para entrar hay que usar una puerta que da al hotel y recto al centro comercial. Es curioso ver este hotel. Mi habitación daba al centro comercial y podía ver a la gente comprando jejejejeLa habitación doble es inmensa con dos camas Queen size. La TV no va muy allá pero cumple su función. El baño es amplio pero algo anticuado y la taza del water es baja, muuuy baja.La habitación cuenta con escritorio, armario con planchero y plancha, caja fuerte y albornoz. Al lado de la cajonera está la cafetera y el minibar.El personal del hotel atentisimo en todo momento. La conserjería muy buena, personas que hablan varios idiomas incluido español.El desayuno una pasada, los croisanes una delicia, recién hechos. Hay cocinero por si quieres algún plato que no esté en el buffet que es amplio y variado.Al estar dentro de un centro comercial puede parecer que pude ser ruidoso, pero no es así, la habitación bastante silenciosa.La zona es perfecta, cines, restaurantes, tiendas y un montón de centros comerciales. Aún está medio en obras y parece que lo terminarán en 2019.Conecta por metro con París con varias líneas de metro y tranvía. La torre Eiffel relativamente cerca, se ve por la noche perfectamente en este barrio, no desde el hotel. Y al final de la avenida principal se ve el arco del triunfo, bastante lejos... A unos 30 o 40 min andando.
