“We drove eight hours and had booked since early February. We had to wait for 3 o'clock check-in. I was really tired and just wanted to rest in a great hotel room. To my horror the Room was absolutely deplorable. It had roaches. It was so dirty. The bathroom had broken molding around the floor. The toilet was dirty with brown spots on the seat. All of the cabinets and doors had fingerprints all over them. The dishwasher and refrigerator showed smear marks and drips. The tables were sticky and dirty. The assistant manager RaKeem, even after seeing everything, did not offer another room and also acted as if he did see everything that was being shown to him. Unbelievable! The refrigerator had a broken shelf. The drawers were sticky and dirty. After the assistant manager's reaction I wanted the room to be cleaned in front of me. That manager left before all was resolved. He never contacted me after that evening to see if everything was resolved and if everything was okay. I have pictures and videos of everything. I finally spoke with a real manager who saw the pictures and videos.”
