A localização é fantástica, mas os quartos em si poderiam usar um pouco de atualização. A temperatura da água era difícil de regular, sem ventilador no banheiro para ajudar com o vapor. Não podíamos tomar café porque, apesar de ter um Keurig no nosso quarto, o hotel não carregava K xícaras. Mas o serviço foi sempre gentil e prestativo (tanto quanto eles poderiam ser) e foi fácil caminhar até muitos pontos excelentes ao redor da área. Preço alto, mas acho que é de se esperar no centro de NOLA.

The location is fantastic, but the rooms themselves could use a bit of updating. Water temp was hard to regulate, no fan in the bathroom to help with steam. We couldn't get coffee because despite having a Keurig in our room, the hotel didn't carry K cups. But service was always kind and helpful (as much as they could be) and it was easy to walk to lots of great spots around the area. High price, but I guess that's to be expected in downtown NOLA.

This resort is one of my favorites in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure will love it I'm sure! Great place!!!

O hotel é muito bom, a localização é excelente. Perto do centro de convenções e inúmeros bares e restaurantes para escolher. A equipe é simpática e ansiosa para ajudar. A piscina está fechada devido a danos causados pelo furacão da temporada anterior, mas os hóspedes podem utilizar a piscina no outro Marriott nas proximidades. Ótima propriedade em geral, há uma academia, bar / restaurante no local e galeria de arte. Além disso, há alguns pátios internos para relaxar.

Hotel is pretty good, the location is superb. Close to the convention center and endless bars and restaurants to choose from. Staff is friendly and eager to help. Pool is closed due to hurricane damage from the previous season, but guests can use the pool at the other Marriott nearby. Great property overall, there’s a gym, onsite bar/ restaurant & art gallery. Also bonus, there’s a few indoor courtyards for lounging.

OMG, acho que encontrei um novo hotel favorito. Eu simplesmente amei este lugar. Fiquei apenas uma noite. Eu gostaria de ter ficado mais tempo para que eu pudesse realmente olhar ao redor de todo o hotel. O hotel é bom. A área é boa. Os quartos são limpos. Eles cheiram bem. Lindas toalhas brancas e macias. o banheiro estava limpo.

OMG I think I found a new Favorite hotel. I just loved this place. I only stayed for one night. I wish I would have stayed longer So I could have really looked around the whole Hotel. The hotel is nice. The area is good.The rooms are clean. They Smell nice. Nice white fluffy towels. the bathroom was clean.

I spent the week in New Orleans for business. The hotel service was fantastic regardless of the amount of people that were in town. The staff is fantastic. I specially want to highlight Mike Ward, he was our waiter almost every day for breakfast and dinner and although his work hours were long he still greeted us with a smile. I got to celebrate my 37th birthday and also received top quality service! Kudos to Mike and the entire staff

Adoramos este hotel. Como Titanium Brats, temos nossas escolhas da marca Marriott, mas esta é a nossa NOLA pela terceira vez. Por quê? a localização é privilegiada, tranquila e aninhada no distrito de Warehouse, você pode atingir todos os novos restaurantes quentes na rua Garden District/Magazine e chegar ao French Quarter em 15 minutos, também WW2 e Ogden museum. Sim, os quartos estão um pouco cansados, mas é um hotel enorme e sempre limpo e amigável.

Been staying at the Arts hotel for....10 years now and have never had a bad experiencel. Rooms are nice sized, hotel is always clean, staff is always super friendly. Usually very quiet although the area has really gotten popular and there are some late night clubs nearby now that can get rowdy - but thats almost everywhere in the city. Can walk to the Quarter but its a good 10/15 mins. Have never not felt safe - even stumbling back after a late night.

We love this hotel. As Titanium Brats we have our choices of the Marriott Brand, but this is our NOLA go to for the third time. Why? the location is prime- quiet and nestled in the Warehouse district- you can hit all the hot new restaurants in the Garden District/Magazine street and hit French Quarter in 15 minutes- also WW2 and Ogden museum. Yes, the rooms are a little tired, but its a huge hotel and always clean and friendly... honestly the nicest staff and the Legacy restaurant has great Beignets/burgers/breakfast and the roof top pool is sweet.

Está ubicado frente a un par de bares, lo cual solo fue un problema en viernes. Queda a unos 20 minutos caminando del french quarter y 15 del convention center. Las paredes son delgadisimas pues se escucha todo lo que ocurre en los cuartos adyacentes/pasillo. Los cuartos son diminutos, hay espacio para justo dos camas y un baño muy pequeño. La regadera tiene poca presión de agua y la mitad sale por el grifo de la tina. El lugar está limpio y el personal ha sido muy amable con todo el grupo con el que viajé. No hay un restaurant como tal para desayunar, pero hay un pequeño café con muchas opciones.
