“Do not stay here!! I cannot stress this enough, stay anywhere else. I have traveled often and this is the worst hotel at which I've ever stayed and worst experience I've had with any hotel. We booked this hotel for the hot tub, pool, and continental breakfast. When we checked in, we were informed if the operating hours for all 3. Upon inspection, the pool was drained and both hot tub and pool were out of service. We approached the front desk and was assured that it will be operational the following day. In the morning and evening the next day, we were told that it was being worked on but would be up and running shortly. 2 days later, and this morning we were told it would be operational this afternoon. We came back after our tour, ready for a soak, and saw the sign showed it was open. We changed to go down and the hot tub was ice cold and pool just as freezing. I went to the front desk to let them know and waited for about 45 minutes behind just 2 others. When it was finally my turn, she asked abruptly if I was checking in. When I started to inform her about the pool, she interrupted me saying, "Yea, is this a problem with the hotel? Uh yea, I don't do that, you gotta come tomorrow and speak with a manager. That pool's closed." She then turned away from me, walked over to answer the phone with absolutely no excuse me or one moment, and proceeded to ignore me entirely. I had to wait another several minutes until she handed the phone to someone in the lobby over the desk and then finally looked at me again. I asked her if there was absolutely anyone I can speak with now, and if not, when and who can I speak with about this situation. She curtly said that I needed to come back tomorrow between 7 and 3 for a manager and she couldn't help me and no one could today. She was so rude to me, the lady and gentleman in the lobby exchanged looks even on how I was spoken to. If this wasn't the last evening and already paid for, I would have left right then. In addition to this, the tv did not work, the AC was painfully loud, and the breakfast was horrible. This pains me because I always leave such positive reviews but could not say anything but the beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. Suggestion, if an extremely optimistic person says nothing but negative comments about a place, go anywhere else!!”

“Worst hotel experience ever! Not one to complain, so I let the crumbs and hair found on one bed go since we arrived really late and both slept on the other bed.. I made sure the sheets were changed the next day. We let the noisy AC unit and slow drain sink go, since we were there only to sleep, shower and go. BUT the shower head that sprayed in every direction including over and under the shower door flooding the floor was the last straw. When contacting the front desk they told ME to go look for housekeeping, which I did not or if they happen to see someone would send to our room which they did not. When leaving for the day, I stopped and asked that they send someone to check it out and bring fresh towels since we used ours to mop the floors. Arriving back 6hrs later, nothing was done about the shower and told maintenance wasn't available. No offer to switch rooms and NO clean towels delivered. When I called for more towels I was told to bring our (sopping wet dirty) towels down to the front desk and they'd give me new ones. The hallways were humid and hot. The free breakfast not great, but the lady working at the food counter a treat. The rest of the staff couldn't be bothered. I liked the idea of having a suite for the extra room but so not worth it at this hotel. Regrettably I will probably not even consider Marriott hotels when traveling from now on.. Pior experiência hoteleira de todos os tempos! Não sou de reclamar, então deixei as migalhas e cabelos encontrados em uma cama irem, já que chegamos muito tarde e ambos dormiram na outra cama. Nós deixamos a unidade de ar condicionado barulhenta e pia de drenagem lenta ir, uma vez que estávamos lá apenas para dormir, tomar banho e ir embora. MAS o chuveiro que pulverizava em todas as direções, incluindo por cima e por baixo da porta do chuveiro, inundando o chão, foi a gota d'água. Ao entrar em contato com a recepção, eles me disseram para procurar arrumação, o que eu não fiz ou se eles vissem alguém enviaria para o nosso quarto, o que eles não fizeram. Ao sair para o dia, parei e pedi que enviassem alguém para verificar e trazer toalhas limpas, já que usamos as nossas para limpar o chão. Chegando de volta 6 horas depois, nada foi feito sobre o chuveiro e disseram que a manutenção não estava disponível. Nenhuma oferta para trocar de quarto e SEM toalhas limpas entregues. Quando liguei para mais toalhas me disseram para trazer nossas toalhas (encharcadas sujas) até a recepção e eles me dariam novas. Os corredores estavam úmidos e quentes. O pequeno-almoço gratuito não é ótimo, mas a senhora que trabalha no balcão de comida é um mimo. O resto da equipe não poderia ser incomodado. Gostei da ideia de ter uma suíte para o quarto extra, mas não vale a pena neste hotel. Lamentavelmente, provavelmente nem considerarei os hotéis Marriott ao viajar a partir de agora. .”
