We stayed for 3 days 2 nights this December 2022. We checked in around 9pm. The lady at the reception was fantastic. The place was clean. The room was large and clean, with the exception of the couch that needs to be replaced and will be according to the manager. The bathroom was just like any other hotel room. We had an issue with a smell coming out of the sink that got addressed right away, thanks to Tina. Great location. The hotel faces the beach. Overall, it was a good hotel to stay when visiting Galveston

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. The pool is awesome. I love that it has lots of space to sit in the pool and lounge with a drink and that it's kid friendly as well. The bar food is good, drinks are good. Rooms with balcony are great! We faced the pool and could still see the ocean a little, but could also hear the band if we went on the patio. I'd definitely stay here again.

Everything from check in to check out was great! We stayed from 8/5-8/7 on a quick impromptu little family vacation. Althea at check in was fantastic! I didn’t get the name of one of the gentleman but he gave our toddler a little goody bag. Will definitely stay here again and will highly recommend! We didn’t use the pool but from what I could tell it would be great! And they also have a Starbucks in the lobby, so that was a plus! :). Overall this was one of the best places we’ve stayed!

The hotel was nice, all of the staff were very friendly, kind, and patient. It would be much better if the breakfast was complimentary, especially for the price you're already paying for the hotel. I ended up spending $47 for our breakfast for just cereal, fruit, French toast and frappes the first morning. . .of course it was $23 at McDonald's every morning after that lol!!! But the pool is wonderful!!! I love the little bench behind the waterfall!!! Castaways is nicely priced and the food is good to enjoy by the pool also. The pool hours are good from 9am to 11pm. Overall, out of just 3 hotels I've visited in Galveston, I've enjoyed this one the best so far!!! I forgot to take pictures of the room, but they do have a fridge and microwave which is good too and the rooms are clean and up to date.

Althea the front desk receptionist is amazing! She has a bubbly personality and a positive attitude! She was so welcoming and kind! She goes the extra mile to accommodate all her guests. The property was gorgeous! Great pool, polite staff & an awesome bar with a friendly bartender in the lobby! Loved this place and will most definitely be back! 10/10 one of the BEST & cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at!
