Excelente hotel, pelo custo! A equipe é bem atenciosa. O hotel é simples, mas bem limpo, organizado e funcional, além de uma ótima localização.

I was a tad disappointed at check in (1830) that one of the two rooms I reserved were not ready. This was resolved before we got up to the floor. The staff throughout our entire experience lacked hospitality and you can forget about getting anyone to answer the phone if you have a problem. Except for the mildew on the wall in the shower of our room, it was surprisingly clean. The breakfast definitely was not the worth $16 per person and only a $10 F&B service credit per person if you are a Diamond member. The bar tender was only interested in servicing the white couples around the bar and we were continually overlooked. When we were finally offered service she butchered up their signature drink so bad I couldn’t drink it. I had to repeatedly ask for a glass of water. I’m also not sure why they were working on their signage on the hotel into all hours of the night. The lobby and 8th floor were freezing as their heating system did not seem to work. This was during the freezing temps in Orlando over the Christmas weekend. All in all we had a decent stay and I would stay again but it has been a learning lesson with their guest service and their F&B department.

Me encanto este hotel vine de paseo y esta bien serca de los parque y tiene una comodida las habitaciones muy comoda y aparte era mi cumpleaño y la supervisora Evelyn me hiso una decoración bella me encanto les recomiendo este hotel volvere de nuevo quede encantada

Me hospede el hotel me encantó muy cómodo y está renovado y al llegar las srita Evelyn la supervisora me recibió muy amablemente y me dió todo lo que necesitaba estaba con mis hijas y ella hizo una decoración muy bella y aparte queda muy Serca de todo los parque lo recomiendo quedé muy satisfecho 😍

Housekeeping director Sylvia was just wonderful. She absolutely went out of her way to ensure that our room was clean and that we had everything we needed. As we were traveling with an infant this meant a great deal. The staff were very kind and the location is ideal.

One of our rooms weren't ready upon arrival. None of our requests were met on the 1st day. The room I was in had no lighting except in the entrance. We had to borrow a lamp from one of our family's rooms. The phones didn't work in our rooms. Phone to my room wasn't even the right one. We woke up everyday to loud noises; as the hotel was renovating other rooms. One person stood out and was very nice to us, Ms Carolyn. She made sure we had what we needed when asked. Such a lovely spirited lady.😇

The rooms are nice and clean. The location is great since the trolley can take you anywhere on international drive. The pool and hot tub were lovely. We stayed here 4 nights and the front desk rarely look up and said hi as we passed by. There was no room service and no regular coffee in the room. When we checked out the front desk lady was on the phone and without looking at us, just pointed at the box so to drop the key in.

Probably one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The room we initially received was not serviced and beds were not made. The staff was nice and switched rooms. The beds and pillows are awful. The mattress was so hard that I ended up sleeping in the chair in the room because it was softer. AC worked but did not seem to cool the room as much as we would like. The phones still do not work and we found this out when we were going to call the desk at 2 am to see if they had a room with a better mattress. They are in the middle of a renovation which adds to the chaos. Areas of the hotel are blocked off and shipping containers are all over the parking lot. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place to anyone. While the staff is helpful, none of that matters when you are paying for a place to sleep and the bed literally causes you pain. We've stayed at Hilton locations before but will reconsider it with future travel.

I had previously reviewed this hotel at three stars, however, I have deleted that review and am now adding a five star review. The service was excellent. We got some flatbreads from the bar which were nicely priced and very delicious. We also truly enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the service was excellent throughout. A great easy stay. Very close to most parks.

Check In staff were very nice and the hotel price was decent. Hotel looked much nicer than previous stay at the same Hilton in Tallahassee that we vowed to not stay at again.The rooms were great as well. When we go into the room though the phone did not work and the clock did not work. So I went to use the phone by the elevator and could not get anyone. When I went down stairs I was told that all the phones were down. I just said okay. Maintenance was drilling away on the fifth floor and I was told that would last till about 5pm.Then later on that evening there was a family reunion going on and only one elevator working so I decided that it was not that big of a deal I would just take the stairs. Well to my disappointment Stephanie at the desk said that the only access to stairs from the first floor was outside and we had to use our key card. So I went outside to try only to find that was a lie. There should be access by means of stairs from the first floor to our rooms. When I stopped by to tell Stephanie she just apologized which did not mean anything. Once you try to over look one or two things and then you get to four or five you tend to loose a little understanding. The Hilton promise by the elevator stated and I quote "Our goal is to make your stay better and brighter. If something is not just the way you like it.. simply let any hotel team member know and we will make it right. GUARANTEED ." This needs to come down until this name brand and these franchises can figure out how to honor those words because nothing was done or offered...

Check in was somewhat hectic but understandably due to the event we were in town for. Customer service at the main desk was great.The 3 things I would identify as issues were the time the resturant opened for breakfast which was 7 a.m., in my opinion that is to late for those customer's that have early starts to the day while staying.I did have somewhat of an issue also with when coffee was available in the main lobby area.My only other issue was the Jacuzzi was cold and did not have heated water one evening, again not what was expected for the venueand price paid.Ordered from the menu and had wings, they were awesome.Over all stay was good at best.

Fiquei por 4 noites no hotel. A fachada é bom bonita, bem localizado, possui uma pequena piscina e um bar/restaurante que fica aberto até às 22hrs. A equipe de funcionários do hotel é um grande diferencial. Todos são bem cordiais, atenciosos e se esforçam para nos entender(meu inglês não é muito bom). Hotel bem limpo, quarto com um tamanho legal, cama incrível. Os móveis não são tão novos mas tudo impecável. TV não é Smart como anunciado quando fiz reserva mas tem uma boa variedade de canais. Internet no quarto éboa e me atendeu super bem. Em relação a experiência com o hotel, foi um dos melhores hotéis econômicos de Orlando, se não for o melhor, que já fiquei. Com certeza vou considerar o hotel numa próxima ida a Orlando.

Excelente nuestra estadía. En frontdesk fueron amables y la habitación 811 estaba impecable. Todo funciona a la perfección. Muy silencioso. El proceso de check in check out fue digital sin ningún inconveniente.

Okay, so the hotel is convenient. It's right off the highway. The lobby area is nice. We had a handicap room so it was reasonably sized. It was close to the elevator so there was a lot of passing by...

This hotel is so outdated and wore out, sink and tub were backing up and the maintenance never showed up, no room service only 2 towels have to request for more, we canceled our other Hilton stays...
