Nice facility, but don’t stay here if you are a SMOKER!!! Not one outside bench or chair. Smokers sit along the curb in the parking lot and it’s funny but a conscientious smoker turns into a pig in a situation like this and throw their cigarettes buts everywhere just out of spite for them to clean up. A $200 bench and an ash receptacle could fix everything.

At first glance the room looked great. Unfortunately, the bathroom door was broken and would not close, the shower head needed replacing and sprayed all over the open bathroom. The vent fan did not work, so the paint on the bathroom ceiling was bubbling. Again, the bathroom door had to remain open during the stay leaving no privacy in the room. There were cracks in the hotel room walls. The TV was visibly damaged without turning it on. When on, there was a spot in the corner and it was so dim you could only see it with all of the lights out. The wires were loose in the back. The employees were unwelcoming besides one girl when I first arrived. The others were rude or indifferent. The housekeeping kept the room fairly clean, however they did not know the word towel (did not speak English), so asking for things took extra effort. Housekeeping is using the wrong cleaning products on rubber- so the charging station was very sticky, which I cleaned myself. Beware: complimentary breakfast during my stay did not keep the cold items properly chilled. I took a big gulp of spoiled milk- expiration date said it was still good. Asking for more items, they were brought out again- not cold enough to keep dairy from going bad. I question their storage of eggs, milk and yogurt. The bed was comfortable. The layout was modern. The hotel lobby was nice looking. I was very dissatisfied with my stay due to the room being priced so high for how awful it was, as well as the employees. The brand Hyatt is held with high regard and the expectation to be fantastic. It fell completely flat. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

I have been coming to Indiana for medical treatments. I decided to try another hotel for the heck of it. The room wasn't clean by non-covid standards. The floor of my room was sticky and dirty. The bathroom, bathroom floor and shower were all not clean as well. There was a staff member named Yvette, she was extremely nice, helpful and welcoming to me. The cleanliness issue is not just a problem with the cleaners, it's really management's fault. They aren't maintaining standards as they should.

Great breakfast atmosphere! Staff amazing and everything was excellent! The spa is terrific, workout room so convenient for early morning workouts. An absolute must stay while in NYC. The breakfast restaurant was so amazing food excellent! Beautiful view of park and city from the room! Highly recommended!!
