“Thankfully we only stayed for one night, but this hotel is truly awful. We are loyal Marriott Silver Elite members and checked in after a long drive and the hotel was so outdated. The rooms are dingy and feel dirty. The bathroom is disgusting. We didn't want to take our shoes off in the room. There was music from a restaurant playing until 3 am. Someone was running up and down the hall at 4 am. I complained to the woman at the front desk and she responded "I am sorry about that, have a safe trip back". We paid $300 for one night and I wish we had stayed somewhere else.”

“Location was fantastic, as I’m sure this hotel relies on. Other than that, there is nothing different than a motel 6, and that would be unfair to them. The staff when arriving were friendly and accommodating, but after that the nightmare began. We were on the 4th floor, first elevator only went to every floor but the fourth. The sentiment amongst the guests is this was a known problem but this wasn’t disseminated to us before hand. No big deal. Went to the third floor and took the stairs to the fourth. Found the room. Not updated, floors take me back to 1999, lighting is terrible. But none of this would have made it to this review had it not been for the rudeness of the rest of the staff. Woman who works the night shift is not happy about being where she is and makes it known. Even tried to make light of the situation of her working there. She hates it. $880 for two nights for us, you’d expect a little hospitality. Not the case. There is also no bar or restaurant that you’d expect in a downtown type hotel. This place may be a necessity in terms of activities or business in downtown Nashville, but In our upcoming visits, there will be be numerous other places on our radar and this will not be one of them”
