“We are usually very picky people, but this place was awesome. To sum up, everything was great. The beach was beautiful and the staff on the beach were attentive and friendly. We upgraded to the preferred club so we also had a small buffet only a few feet away from where we were lounging which was awesome. The rooms are new and well kept and overall the setup of the hotel is great because it doesn’t take too long to walk from one place to the other. The pools are clean and there are a lot of them so you always have many options.
Now for the best part - the service. Everyone at the hotel is so friendly and actually helpful. I want to especially thank Carlos and Ciprian, the managers at the restaurant. We had special dietary needs and they were accommodating and always looking to make our stay more enjoyable. Huge thank you to the two of them and everyone else who made our family vacation enjoyable.”

“Stayed here with my wife in 2018. A little far from the airport, but not too bad. The resort is great overall- the food is good, the service is good, the facilities are beautiful. The pools are excellent. The beach is nice, but the water on the beach a little murky- I was expecting clearer water like in other places in the Caribbean. You can also get SCUBA certified on the resort and there are some diving excursions available. Would recommend to anyone.”
