The fold out sofa bed was unusable. The foot of the mattress was about 6" higher than the head. You could feel the springs in the mattress. Even with the mattress on the floor,the springs were still uncomfortable.We resorted to creating a "nest" on the floor from the extra linens instead of using the sofa bed.We cancelled the extra night in preference of finding a hotel on the route home a day early. Used valet parking- attendants were efficient and courteous, but my MP3 player disappeared from the cup holder in my car.

I was really disappointed considering that this hotel was rated 4.2. I traveled from Florida to L.A. and arrived atv11 p.m., and we just wanted to sleep. However, the carpet in the hallways were very worn,and the carpet in the rooms were stained throughout (see pictures). I then requested another room, in which the chairs were stained and riped,as well as the carpet.SoI decided to get a refund and went to the Marriott in San Gabriel,which did not disappoint. This hotel is DEFINITELY in need of some updating! But on a high note, Felipe at check-in was very professional and pleasant. The manager was also pleasant and apologetic regarding my experience, and issued an immediate refund. And the hotel is in a great location, if you're in L.A. for fun and adventure. The front desk staff and other employees are really nice and doing the best they can however will never stay here again our room is disgusting. Stains on bed skirt, carpet and couch. This is not a housekeeping issue the bed skirt needs to be replaced and the carpet and couch need to be professionally steam cleaned.Beyond gross. In town for college move in and don’t have time to switch rooms let alone hotels. I would strongly recommend not staying here until this building is cleaned from top to bottom and rooms are in better condition. A localização não é ruim porque é uma área central de Downdown, mas é surpreendentemente o mesmo quarteirão, mas é surpreendente que quase não haja pessoas na estrada de trás ou que o prédio esteja vazio e não pareça bom . I was upgraded to a bigger room because of my gold status which was a nice add. My only issue is the parking situation. The valet gets super backed up and I had to wait for a bit before I could give my keys to anyone while my car was double parked and blocking the driveway in (there was nowhere else to go). Then they charge $51 plus tax for parking which is a bit crazy! We stayed for Anime Expo. Hotels around these areas love to jack up prices. It has really awesome interior and really good rooms. Surprise by the rooms sizes for one and it fit great for our needs! What lies in the problem is the way the hotel is run. The staff refused to touch any luggage, you had to do it yourself. Even if you bringing it downstairs. The hotel is split in two and courtyard can’t get free breakfast but residence inn can???? Ficamos para a Anime Expo. Os hotéis nessas áreas adoram aumentar os preços. I stayed there for two nights this past weekend. The lobby area was nice and so was the pool. I really enjoyed the pool the most. The room I stayed in was not that nice. The bed was worn down. I could feel the springs in the bed. I slept on top of the blankets because it was that bad. When I requested a new blanket it was raggedy. However they did replace it with a better quality one. The pillows also were not great quality in my room.The shower was nice and overall the room was clean. It just needs to be upgraded. The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed the amenities. I would not stay there again due to the beds. Fiquei lá por duas noites no fim de semana passado. A área do lobby era bom e por isso foi a piscina. Eu realmente gostei mais da piscina. O quarto em que fiquei não era tão bom. A cama estava gasta. Eu podia sentir as molas na cama. Eu dormi em cima dos cobertores porque era muito ruim. I left my car with the valet for three nights and they kept it it reverse the whole time and never turned it off. They didn't contact me about the problem and would not do anything to help my car start instead asked if this was a normal problem with it? I had to call my own insurance to fix it which is how I found out the battery died because of the valet never turning the car off. Ended being two hours late to my destination because of their lack of help or accountability.

La verdae no los vale por el valor!! Habiatacionrs con cortinas sucias y en mal estado, además la ropa de cama para el sofa cama estaban usadas. Está u icado en el centro, muy dificil de encontrar lugares abiertospara comer en la noche. Además solo tiene valet parking y sale 47usd carísimo ya que aparte se les debe dar a las personas que van a buscar tu auto cada vez que lo solicitas.

La señora de la recepción no habla español y le pareció mal que yo no supiese inglés, nos dió una habitación en un piso tercero, detrás de un cartel publicitario. Le pedimos que nos cambiase de habitación a un lugar más alto y dijo que no podía, y pedimos tener tina en la habitación y nos dieron una con regadera. Hubo un día que no nos hicieron el servicio de la habitación. Por lo demás siento que pagas más de lo que aportan.
