SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!! The resort itself is really nice and the staff is super friendly. The only problem, the ac in some of the buildings is broken. They kept telling us that someone was coming to fix it but that never happened. Our rooms were hotter than it was outside. They couldn’t move us because they were full or they were waiting for people to check out. Apparently this has been happening for several weeks and they didn’t even think to disclose it to anyone. If I had known this, I would have found somewhere else to stay. So PLEASE, do not stay here!!! Save yourself the trouble and stress and go somewhere else!!

What a great first experience in Mexico. Rooms were great, Food was great, resources were amazing. The staff was super friendly and efficient. The entertainment staff was beyond amazing. From Edgar, to Isaac, Ivan Catia and Emily, they made our whole trip. They know how to keep you entertained and busy throughout the day, and it’s way more fun when you participate. Will most definitely be back in the near future hopefully!

Our stay was overall a great experience from the food, to the room, to the service at the pool (Thanks Maggie!) and most of all the entertainment team by the pool. Edgar, Ivan, Isaac, Emily and Catia, made sure to make everyday fun and filled with activities in the pool, around the pool, and on the beach. With the activities and games planned for each day, the day was always busy and gave us something to do throughout each day. The entertainment staff was one of the best parts of this trip and will definitely be one of the reasons why we return in the future.

Un buen y cómodo hotel, solo como comentario la verdad no conviene la habitación superior premium. Hay una diferencia de 1300 pesos, pero trae lo mismo que la básica.

Roubaram 200 dólares no serviço de quarto e ainda passaram meu cartão tentando realizar uma compra. Achei um absurdo, foi dia 22 março 2018. Estou indignada Meu nome é Cáritas. E só descobri hoje dia 23 de março 2018 ,quando cheguei em Cancún.

Nãoé o que esperava de um quatroestrelas por os quartos serem jáum pouco velhinhos,estou no 5204 é acolhedor, nãotem aquele luxo que estou habituado num quatro estrelas mas é aceitável. Quero realçaro excelentetrabalhodo senhor David que é o responsável pela limpeza. Quanto á cozinha estáboa sempre pratos variados, á quem não goste, mas nãopodem agradar a todos. Á coisas básicasque podiam ser melhoradas no interiordos quartos por exemplo a torneira do lava mãos que manda agua por tudo o lado, a pintura da casa de banho que tem os azulejos borrados, uma sériede coisas que se fossem melhoradas cativava mais os clientes.

Não há sala para a bagagem ao fazer o ckeck out. Ficam no lobby do hotel ao alcance de qualquer pessoa e sem segurança. Durante uma semana inteira só houve água quente normalmente duche uma vez. Mais decepcionante de tudo, para que Tudo Incluído têm muito a melhorar! Para quem quer conhecer o México e fazer Tours não aconselho este hotel. O pequeno almoço almoço é das 7h às 11h e a maioria da Tours apanha os hóspedes antes dessa hora. Das 6h às 7h o hotel oferece o chamado pequeno almoço continental que não passa de nachos com queijo, pipocas e uma máquina de fazer cachorros quentes. Caso chegue ao hotel depois das 22h, o snack 24h é exactamente o mesmo. Existem restaurantes temáticos e não conseguimos comer em nenhum. Para se conseguir fazer reserva para jantar, tem de se ir no próprio dia às 7h para a fila da recepção para a partir das 8h o hotel começar a fazer as reservas. É de loucos! Acabei por fazer refeições fora do hotel por já estar farta. Já tinha estado neste hotela à dois anos e correu tudo bem e por isso voltei agora mas infelizmente não irei voltar mais nem recomendar a família e amigos. É uma pena!

Un fantastico hotel por su hubicacion, a 15min o 20min de la famosa quinta avenida y del ferry para ir a cozumel. El hotel esta muy bueno para desconectar de todo porque al estar hubicado en una urbanizacion privada estas alejado del ruido del trafico, tiene un fantastico staff para atendernos como si fueramos familia, los chicos de las actividades son fantasticos, Ivan, America, Paulette y como olvidar al gran Edgar es un gran grupo que se encarga de tenernos entretenidos con juegos y actividades durante el dia y la tarde, en la noche son los encargados de animar los shows. Daladier fue como nuestro hermano mayor, siempre que necesitabamos algo, algun consejo, duda, o recomendacion ahi estaba presente para ayudarnos. Para animarnos con las bebidas durante el dia o la noche en el first club siempre estaban Angel y Rafael, unos magnificos bartenders para prepararnos unas increibles bebidas o sorprendernos. Especialmente Rafael, que cuando creia que ya no me podria sorprender con otra bebida diferente y buena lo consegia (por eso fueron mis bartenders favoritos). Definitivamente 100% recomendado tan recomendado que regresare pronto.

Nos hospedamos una semana en familia para pasar año nuevo. Pasamos unos días increíbles, el hotel hermoso, muy limpio y respetando siempre todos los protocolos de covid. La comida y bebida muy buenas, los chicos de animacion unos genios! Destaco la amabilidad del mesero Humberto en los desayunos, en general todo el equipo de trabajo merece un reconocimiento. Volveria sin dudas Playa hermosa y excelente ubicación. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Desde que llegamos nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos. Realmente se nota el esfuerzo que realiza todo el personal para que tu estadía sea buena y para cuidarte en este contexto de pandemia. El equipo de recreación es muy muy amable y divertido, gracias a Edgar, Paulette e Iván! Ana de recepción estuvo siempre disponible para ayudarnos a resolver ciertas cuestionesy la gente de los lugares donde sirven la comida también son muy muy amables. Un reconocimiento especial para Humberto y Alfredo del buffet y para Lorena de la recepción. Teniamos algunas dudas sobre viajar en este contexto, pero volveríamos a hacerlo en el Allegro, ya que nos han cuidado mucho en cada detalle. La comida y la bebida son de muy buena calidad. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas. Hemos tenido problemas con algunos artefactos y rápidamente nos han dado una solución. Espero poder volver algún día.

I had a great experience at Allegro Playacar and that Is mainly because of the entertainment staff. Edgar, Ivan, and I can’t remember the name of the others unfortunately (2 others) made our trip special. Everyday they ensured that everyone at the resort was having an amazing time whether it was water volleyball, trivia, or some other fun activity they made sure ever. They were very kind, friendly people and they made sure we got everything we could out of our experience and I can not emphasize that enough. Big shout out to Edgar, Ivan and the 2 others. We had some issues with our room which we were unhappy with but with how amazing Edgar, Ivan and the two others were, it made up for it. Furthermore, the pizza chef, the grill chef, the bartenders were all amazing at there job as well as fantastic people. I’d recommend this resort to anyone who is looking to get the most out of there experience. -Greg/Gregorio

I really disappointed with the hotel, to be honest this place is hardly 3 stars, we pay for 5 stars resort, and we get this one, the rooms where dirty, I was complaining about a leakage at the roof since I get to the hotel but nobody ever came to fix it, at the restaurant was only few waitress. Again not enough employees to handle all the reservations, anyway very grateful with the employee at the pool, waitress, entertainment crew, this poor people works from 9 to 9 they are really hard workers, from all the employee at this resort, are the ones with all my respect, not recommended

Went there early March 2020 with sister in law and brother in law. It was Wonderful! Had so much fun Staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly. Food was off the charts. Loved our room. Hammocks on every porch. I can not wait to go back. Absolutely beautiful.

Our third time back to this resort. Overall a great time. Our room was warm at night despite turning up the ac. Also, feedback is offer is WiFi should be available all over the resort for all visitors free of charge. Other than that we’ve had a great time and would recommend it as a place to stay. Staff and service are excellent!!

Weekend vacation in January!Weather is beautiful- 85 degrees. Windy at the beach the first few days. 3rd day no wind and absolutely gorgeous. Multiple pools and beachfront ocean. Rooms are like small apartments with stocked mini fridge. All hotel staff super friendly and kind. All inclusive resort and food is decent and drinks are fantastic. Pool entertainment staff is really fun and always has activity.

My wife and I are waiting for a Room because areair was not workingI will let you know how Thing's work out. Ok things are going fine now sorry for the delay was just busy enjoying this place! Love the village concept your rooms are set up in little condos 8 rooms per unit. Like not stepping out into a hallway walking down to the elevator. And the food is so good it actually has flavor I like to try everything. The staff are so nice and friendly and keep everything so tidy and clean.

This was our second time staying here, the first being before the renovations. They did a pretty good job with the renovations which were needed in some areas. Check in was very easy and Lucy was fantastic and spoke very good English. We had an issue with our room but it was quickly fixed and we were given another one. Our room was great, a king bed, fridge with a shower only and a great view. It was kept very clean and we had towel art and special touches everyday. We also had nightly turn down service 6 of the 7 nights which was appreciated. All the staff were very friendly and most spoke very good English and we were treated very well(never ignored). Some of the stand outs were Nestor(makes a great dirty & chocolate martini), Humberto(friendly and funny), Rafael Rodriguez(remembered we loved Don Julio shots) and the animation team starting with Fernando. The buffet food was very good and the A La Cartes as well. Our favourites were the Italian, then the Mexican and third Asian. The service in all were top notch with Isaac standing out. This was our first time returning to a resort for the second time and we will keep returning.

What a great stay at Allegro – the ENTERTAINMENT TEAM was the highlight though – They plan the week so there was so much to do that we probably didn't even need to leave the property. The selection of food was great and the staff were just excellent. The place is right on the water so it was just paradise! The downside was the room – it could do definitely do with a bit of an upgrade; there was way too much moisture in our room - so everything was damp; the shower drain didn't drain water - so we had a pool of water whenever we showered; and the doors connecting the rooms together aren't soundproof so we could hear the neighbours all night. But otherwise everything was just superb! We'll definitely stay again in the future but will try to request a room with a bit more sun!
