“Equipe super simpática da recepção! Eles foram gentis, amigáveis e muito prestativos. O quarto era bom. Havia um par de pequenas coisas que precisam ser reparadas. A localização: o hotel está localizado em um ambiente de parque empresarial. Assim, a vista é das estradas ou do estacionamento. Há lojas a cerca de 800 metros de distância. Eles têm uma piscina coberta e banheira de hidromassagem. O café da manhã é bem básico. Há um bar no restaurante. Então, nada extravagante. Mas, a equipe é excelente!”

“The hotels appearance looked good but the rooms were definitely dated. The furnishings of the rooms were not great. The biggest frustration was the missing customer service when an issue arose. My shower would not turn on at all when I went to use it in the morning. The dial just spun around. So I called the front desk and asked for another room so I could shower. They told me they didn't want to give me another room without trying to fix it first because they would have to clean another room then. I told them I was in a hurry, but they insisted on sending a service person up. They showed up about 15 minutes later and then worked on it for 10 minutes only to conclude, it was beyond their skills to repair it. So now I had to call down and get a new room and they had to run up a key card to me. At this point, my schedule for the morning was shot and I was running behind. I just wished they would have prioritized getting the issue resolved to help with my time and scheduling versus prioritizing the need to clean another room. It seemed like a missed opportunity for customer service when an issue arose.”
