“Hotel muy confortable y tranquilo. Alejado del centro pero a 7 u 8 cuadras de un gran mall. El hotel cuenta con un transporte gratuito que te traslada al mismo varias veces al día, muy conveniente. El desayuno bueno. El personal muy amable.”

“Despite the good reviews, we had a bad experience at this hotel. While it looks nice and updated, the air conditioning in our room did not work at all and the shower did not work. We informed management and they did not comp us anything for two major fails. In addition, the hotel charges for everything, high charges for parking, breakfast, you name it. This is a hotel to take a pass on.
UPDATE TO REVIEW: Management responded to my review with a sincere apology and refunded us for the stay and promised to fix all issues in that room. We are pleased and will stay here again. Hilton stands behind its brand impeccably.”
