“On top of having to pay for breakfast and parking there’s extra fees added onto your room that I had no idea about. The comforters are thin and the rooms barely give you a cozy stay away from home feeling. There were ants in the room a few times and no one came to clean up even AFTER I called and asked if someone could be sent up. The receptionist said yes and I came back to a room that was still dirty. The area was great and next to the train station so that’s why it had two stars if it wasn’t for that I wouldn’t have stayed.”

“It was clean and quiet. The staff was super nice. The Metro stop is about a 15 minute walk, crossing an intersection with heavy traffic. The hotel shuttle isn't running "because of COVID" two years later. I suspect it's just a service they won't bring back. If you're traveling with small children or older people, this walk may not be the best idea. Otherwise, the hotel is your standard hotel and I'd stay again.”
