“This hotel does not honor afternoon tea reservations. We booked a birthday afternoon tea months in advance only to have our reservation canceled shortly before we were due to go. Very disappointing customer service. Fortunately we were able to get a table at the Hotel Granduca where we had an excellent afternoon tea.”
