Had a lovely time celebrating my mom's birthday 🎂 at tea time. Finger sandwiches and pastries were delicious and the tea that great! Highly recommend for special occasions.

The Afternoon Tea was absolutely divine. The atmosphere was very relaxed and inviting.
The attendant Carmen was very attentive.

Had a lovey high tea experience at the St. Regis. This hotel has a very classy and intimate ambience to it. We booked a Remington high tea for a Sunday. There's two available time of 11am or 3pm. When you arrived, there's complimentary valet parking with your high tea. Just let the valet know later.
Feel free to dress classy or sophisticated. It's a great way to have some down time. Exceptional service by the ladies at high tea. We were served two kinds of tea. My favorite out of the two was the jasmine tea. Goes great with some cream and if you want a bit of sweetness then you can add a sugar cube.
We were served mini sandwiches, small desserts, and scones. The scones were my favorite with the honey spread and fluffy buttery cream. We also got a taste of their dessert glass with mouse-like texture with fruits.
Later on, we received to-go macaroons. There is a harpist playing cover of songs in the back. It was the perfect touch to the high tea. Definitely an experience to put on your list.

Everyone is nice and the rooms are comfy. However, we asked for adjoining rooms but weren’t given them although there are obviously adjoining rooms next door to both of the rooms we paid for. Frustrating to see an amenity is available but denied, especially at over $300 per night. It would have made a huge difference in our stay, seemingly denied for no reason. Not sure I will return for this price. No room service offered either. Mediocre $400 dinner at hotel restaurant. Overall ok but disappointing for the price paid.

This is one of the best hotels in Houston. I love staying here. Great staff, especially Samantha. Extremely clean hotel. I would give it 10 starts if I could.

Every encounter with staff felt warm and inviting. The folks here demonstrate a genuine desire to make guests feel welcome. Pleased with the room, amenities, and everything else about my stay.
Note only valet parking is available on site but off site parking is inexpensive and super close by (practically on site) (as of my stay, YMMV). Bonus liquor store next door and a Target ~7min walking :)
